Hello friends

We are still within the two week intense eclipse period until the  
Solar Eclipse occurs on Feb.15. Eclipses seem to bring unpredictable  
changes to our schedule. They help us eliminate something so that the  
new light can come forth. So plant news seeds and adjust to the new  
flow. This happened 19 years ago in 1999, 1980, 1961,...since all  
eclipses repeat every 19 years.

All the planets are moving forward in the sky for all of February  
until March 9 when Jupiter retrogrades.
There is no Full Moon in February. And there were two in January and  
will be two in March. This happened in 1999 and will again in 2037.  
Note the 19 year rhythm once again.

The humanitarianism of the World Olympics is a great way for the  
global Aquarius energy to be released around the planet. Power to the

Banks are being thought of intermediaries, but this not really what’s happening. Banks are creators of the money supply.

I produced the first empirical studies to prove that [banks create money out of thin air].

Banks are thought of as deposit-taking institutions that lend money. The legal reality is banks don’t take deposits and banks don’t lend money.

So what is a deposit? A deposit is not actually a deposit. It’s not a bailment. And it’s not held in custody.

At law, the word deposit is meaningless. The law courts and various judgements have made it very clear if you give your money to a bank even though it’s called a deposit, this money is simply a loan to the bank. So there is no such thing as deposit. It’s a loan at a bank.

After an extended break from posting these written transmissions, today I felt the nudge from Spirit to share some of the overarching themes of healing that are occurring in so many of us right now.

When speaking of feminine and masculine energies, I am not necessarily referring to gender, but identifying the two basic polarities within each human being, as well as the two interconnected roles that play out in relationships, whether between lovers, parents and children, or even in our circle of friends. The masculine represents the mind or wisdom center of the Universe, while the feminine represents the heart or the creative and emotional center of the Universe. As the masculine and feminine aspects are transformed from shadow into divine aspects, the mind and heart merge together to ignite the spark of awakened heart-centered consciousness.

Currently the feminine and masculine aspects are steeped in crucial stages of healing as they transform from shadow aspects into divine counterparts of the one eternal soul. In order to be transformed into the divine feminine and divine masculine, the shadow of each aspect must be healed to completion. We are currently experiencing the healing of the masculine and feminine shadows, both as the two sides of polarity within each person, as well as the dynamics playing out within relationships.

Healing the Masculine Shadow – Stage 1

At this stage, the masculine is purged out of their known reference points by having the normalcy of their current reality shaken, as the unconsciousness of past indiscretions is brought into the light of consciousness. This is done to purify the shadow into the honor, humility, and courage of the divine masculine. This has been playing out publicly as many celebrities and authority figures are being called to face and answer to the unconsciousness of their actions, whether it’s their current level of unconsciousness or skeletons from the past being cleared out of the closet of regret.

As the masculine mind comes clean to coercing, dominating, abusing, or manipulating the innocence of the feminine heart, the masculine shadow begins its process of being reformed by a path of self-forgiveness.

For those at this stage of integration, the best course of action is transparency. Instead of waiting for a publicity witch hunt to trace your most regrettable actions, now is the time for the masculine mind to confess its most unsavory behavior.

Even if knowing better now than before, the way in which we truly demonstrate having learned from our past mishaps is by clearing the air with those we affected, no matter the risk or cost. Whether anyone else offers you forgiveness or not, just by admitting the limitations of your behavior and acknowledging the negative affect it potentially had on someone else’s livelihood, we are taking a bold step in the direction of self-forgiveness to assist the masculine shadow in being redeemed instead of ridiculed.

Greetings from Galactic Heart . . .

Last Thursday morning my dearest girlfriend, Andrea, rushed over to my house to take me to the Hospital Emergency Room for arrhythmia and rapid heart beat.

It all started Wednesday night. Andrea and I finished hosting our bi-monthly Galactic Gathering. Twenty women gathered focusing on bringing in RV/GCR/NESARA-GESARA. I was relaxed and happy being with my friends. On my way home I started to feel a panic attack coming on. I was puzzled because I was feeling so joyous. However, in hindsight I realize I have been under extreme stress since the end of September when Sheldan's leg gave out. It has been a crazy and wild ride. The most difficult part of Sheldan's recovery is over. He is doing so much better and continues to make weekly progress so why have I lately been feeling these "panic" attacks?

Yep, my heart rate was 160 sitting down and irregular. When I tried to walk it skyrocketed even higher (anything over 100 is considered dangerous). The doctor explained my options. They "zapped" my heart to reset it. It was amazing. I wasn't scared because once I decided to go to the hospital (which took me all night) I consciously made the decision to surrender and allow allopathic medicine to do its thing. They discovered I had a urinary infection which can trigger irregular heartbeat especially combined with what is termed as "caretaker stress syndrome".

I went home the same day actually feeling better than I had in weeks. I was instructed to take it easy for the next couple of days which I did the best I could considering I'm a full time caretaker.

For the past couple months I've been crying daily sometimes for hours at a time. I know many of you are experiencing this as well. My emotions were out of control. I couldn't seem to ground and balance myself emotionally. Now that my heart has been reset, it feels as though my adrenals and hormones were also reset. I'm back to being the Colleen I know and Love. Spirit works in mysterious ways. My heart is full and I am grateful...grateful beyond measure.

Of course some of my stressors include the many RV delays, lack of income while Sheldan recovers, lack of sleep, and being an empath to the global chaos. The last few months PAO has offered many "Specials" to encourage our community to support us. This month is no different. We thank you for your continued support and loving generosity. Yes, be grateful for the Russians. Very grateful. And not for the first time, either. You were never taught this in school, but during the Civil War the British were poised to come ashore and attack the people they were honor-bound to protect. It was the Russian Czar who sent his navy to impose an international blockade that prevented the British from attacking then. It is the Russian-Chinese Alliance that is preventing them from attacking us now.

The Brits were ready to tear us a new one back in the 1860's, but the threat of war with Russia over it was too great a risk to take for the pleasure involved. It's the same thing now. Russia is protecting us. The British Government, the British Crown Corporation and the old European Hegemony left over from the Holy Roman Empire is the threat. That's the group that has been feeding off us like vampires and embroiling us in wars for profit for the last 150 years. Not the Russians. Not the Chinese.

For those of you who can't read the Tea Leaves: France, specifically, Bank of France, is returning $475 trillion dollars of ours that they just happened to have in "safe-keeping" for us. Of course, they weren't saying a word about this arrangement to us. They were laying back in the weeds hoping that we would be too stupid to be able to follow the paper trail and figure out that we aren't the ones in debt. They hoped that we would just abandon all those assets and never exercise our creditor status, but..... we did. Thank God.

During the time period when they hoped we would be Numbnutz and allow them to claim abandonment of those funds, they generously used a portion of our own money to loan back to our servants in the Territorial United States Government and they launched what I have called "Le Neu Republique"--- the New (supposedly American, but actually French) Republic, in hopes of simply creating a new government service contract for themselves via a process of debt assumption. If we were dumb enough to assume the debt, they would be sharp enough to assume the priority creditor position and loan our money to our public servants at interest.

We wish to address a couple of current ascension symptoms that many of you are experiencing. They involve the throat chakra and your newly activating "well of dreams" chakra, located in the area of the occipital lobe (at the base and back of the head). First, the throat chakra. Some of you are experiencing on-going dry coughing fits. These don't originate in your lungs, but from irritation in the throat and larynx. This chakra helps to collect prana energy that invigorates and purifies the body. It also serves as the communicator for your consciousness, activating your power to speak your Truth with confidence and unconditional Love. The throat chakra also coordinates energies of your body with the regulatory consciousness energies of the head ? a symbiotic dance.
