EU plan for military intervention against "refugee boats" in Libya and the Mediterranean - Feb 17, 2016 CET

Today, 17 February 2016, WikiLeaks is releasing the classified report about the first six month of Operation SOPHIA, the EU military intervention against "refugee boats" in Libya and the Mediterranean. 

The report, dated 29 January 2016, is written by the Operation Commander, Rear Admiral Enrico Credendino of the Italian Navy, for the European Union Military Committee and the Political and Security Committee of the EU. It gives refugee flow statistics and outlines the performed and planned operation phases (1, 2A, 2B and 3), the corresponding activities of the joint EU forces operating in the Mediterranean and the future strategies for the operation.

One of the main elements within the report is the planned, but still pending transition from Phase 2A (operating in High Seas) to Phase 2B (operating in Libyan Territorial Waters) due to the volatile government situation in Libya, where the building of a 'Government of National Accord' (GNA) is still under way.

The report presses the responsible EU bodies to help speed up the process of forming a 'reliable' government in Libya that in return is expected to 'invite' EU forces to operate within their Territorial Waters (Phase 2B) and later even give permission to extend the EU military operations onshore (phase 3).

In the last month there have been half a dozen high level meetings between EU and US officials (including with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Rome) as it is claimed by the US military that upto 5,000 Islamic State fighters have taken control over parts of the Libyan coast. Serious pressure has been placed on Libya's major power groupings to speed up the completion of the GNA and 'invite' Western forces. A GNA invititation was expected in January. Libyan press has reported that US, UK and French special forces have already arrived (there is no public admission by the Western countries). Within europe, Italy and the UK have been the driving forces behind the military intervention.

According to Steven Kelley, an underground complex beneath the Getty Museum in Los Angeles is the "crown jewel" of some 250 sites across the US designed to provide refuge to the Illuminati in a doomsday scenario. According to Kelley, the "crown jewel" of this network lies deep beneath the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Atop the largest concrete foundation pour in history, the Getty is actually a fortress designed to withstand ballistic assault. Visitors park at the base of the hill and must take a tram to the main entrance. Inconspicuously located nearby is the smaller entrance to a security corridor. This corridor leads, eventually, to an enormous elevator situated behind nuclear-blast-resistant doors.

With confirmation that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead Saturday morning with a pillow over his head and his clothes unwrinkled, nationally syndicated talk-radio host Michael Savage called for an investigation on the level of the presidentially appointed probe into President John F. Kennedy’s assassination in 1963.

“Was [Scalia] murdered?” Savage asked his listeners.

“We need a Warren Commission-like federal investigation,” he said. “This is serious business.”

In an interview Monday with GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, Savage discussed the implications of Scalia's death.

Aurora, CO — In December, Nicole and Ernie Nunez brought their beautiful baby girl, Amylea, into the world. However, when they brought her home, things quickly took a turn for the worst.

“About a day after we went home from delivery is when she had her first seizure,” Nicole said. “She has a rare form of epilepsy. They don’t know exactly the type.”

For the past two months, the Nunez family has been desperately trying to treat their daughter’s condition. Doctors in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where the family is from, were unable to find a cause and unable to treat young Amylea. So, the family has fled to Colorado.

Nicole stays at the hospital in Aurora while Ernie drives back and forth to take care of the couple’s other children and to work.

At the Children’s Hospital in Aurora, doctors continued the drug cocktail in an attempt to stop the horrible seizures, but these medications are not without side-effects.

“The medication she’s on is hard for her liver, and so we’re trying to do something different that’s not so bad on her body,” Ernie said, explaining why the couple has decided to use cannabis oil.

When the family heard about the seemingly miraculous effects of the cannabis oil known as Charlotte’s Web, they became hopeful and set out to get it for their daughter.

Charlotte’s Web is a strain of cannabis named after a young girl, Charlotte Figi, whose life it quite literally saved. Charlotte had her first seizure when she was three months old. Over the next few months, she had frequent seizures lasting two to four hours, and she was hospitalized repeatedly.

Bad guys were actually killed, also a single shooter tried taking out Dunford, but the assassin was killed. Assassination attempt also on Chief Justice Judge Roberts last week and it is rumored that Judge Scalia was assassinated by "heart attack".  Dunford is ok and got signatures on the peace treaties and came back last evening 2/14. He has a crew of people working on getting the GCR done. Admiral (Reno) has signed off on everything and all the SKRs (Safe Keeping Receipts) are supposed to be paid off today. Public (non-internet Groups) is supposed to go a week from tomorrow 2/16.
• China can crash the whole system and are really ticked off. Tired of the games.  Will go around USA if not done.
• USA was trying to require Iraq to jump through more hoops but China said "NO", and to get this done now.
• General Dunford said 40,000 banks and exchange centers will be open for currency exchange
• Bruce said 5,500 exchange centers and 18,000 banks
• Art is not sure which numbers are correct. Plenty of places to exchange currency.
