Much is happening that is as far as possible kept secret by those involved. Strong rumours will abound that a major event will soon cause some bank closures, due to major changes that are in the offing. They seem to be inevitable and unavoidable as they must be brought into line with them so as to avoid a complete failure. It would be easy to tell you not to worry, but such happenings have occurred before and ultimately proved beneficial to your future. This should not surprise you as changes are always taking place, but not perhaps at the level that is now expected. All around you changes are in progress as the old ways and systems are “updated” to align with the New Age that has now commenced. Ultimately you will be overjoyed by them as they will give continuity and sufficient income to live a comfortable life.


You have been told by St. Germain for a very long time that these changes would take place when the time was right, and it has arrived and you will experience a whole stream of them over the next year or so. It will involve major changes and these will lift up the quality of life quite considerably. So when you find yourselves involved in them please bear in mind that they are “cleansing” the old systems that no longer serve your needs. There will be times when it is important to work together, as in the long run all of you will be included and more than satisfied at the outcome. Be assured that those who would deny you such progress, will be in no position to interfere with the God given promises of release from your Prison Planet. Yes, it has been called that on a number of occasions and many have denied it, but it is true and soon you will fully understand how that occurred.

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is an international financial institution that aims to support the building of infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region. The bank was proposed as an initiative by the government of China,[3] supported by 37 regional and 20 non-regional Prospective Founding Members (PFM), all of which have signed the Articles of Agreement that form the legal basis for the proposed bank. The bank will start operation after the agreement enters into force, which requires ratifications from 10 member states holding a total number of 50% of the initial subscriptions of the Authorized Capital Stock.[4] On 25 December 2015, 17 states (Australia, Austria, Brunei, China, Georgia, Germany, Jordan, Luxembourg, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea and the United Kingdom) together holding 50.1% of the initial subscriptions of Authorized Capital Stock, had deposited the instrument of ratification for the agreement, triggering entry into force, and making them all founding members[5] and bringing the Articles of Agreement, the bank's charter, into force. 12 other states followed later, taking the amount of Authorized Capital Stock held by the 29 members of the bank to 74%. Major economies that did not become PFM include the United States, Japan and Canada.

The United Nations has addressed the launch of AIIB as having potential for "scaling up financing for sustainable development"[6] for the concern of global economic governance.[7] The capital of the bank is $100 billion, equivalent to 2⁄3 of the capital of the Asian Development Bank and about half that of the World Bank.[8]

The bank was proposed by China in 2013[9] and the initiative was launched at a ceremony in Beijing in October 2014.[10]

Gravity Waves Detection supports whistleblower claims of secret development of Antigravity Spacecraft - Feb 14, 2016 CET

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), publicly announced the detection of gravity waves, first predicted by Albert Einstein in his Theory of General Relativity (1915). The scientific discovery supports claims by whistleblowers concerning the existence of gravity wave propulsion (antigravity) technologies secretly studied by the U.S. Navy, in conjunction with Caltech, MIT and other scientific institutions, which date back as far as 1942.

LIGO achieved its scientific feat by studying the collision of two distant black holes, which generated gravity waves that sensitive monitoring equipment could detect through fluctuations in the space time continuum. A press release by Caltech and LIGO announced:

For the first time, scientists have observed ripples in the fabric of spacetime called gravitational waves, arriving at the earth from a cataclysmic event in the distant universe…. Physicists have concluded that the detected gravitational waves were produced during the final fraction of a second of the merger of two black holes to produce a single, more massive spinning black hole.

The power generated by the black holes merging was enormous according to the press release:

About 3 times the mass of the sun was converted into gravitational waves in a fraction of a second—with a peak power output about 50 times that of the whole visible universe.




Caltech astronomers played a key role in conceiving and building the scientific equipment to detect the gravity waves, and have produced a video illustrating how the colliding black holes bend space and time locally, and generated gravity waves that would spread throughout the universe.

While the existence of gravity waves were first demonstrated in the 1970s by Joseph Taylor and colleagues, the February 11 announcement supposedly broke new ground insofar as this was the first time that gravity waves had been scientifically observed and measured.

In this regard, Caltech’s David H. Reitze, executive director of the LIGO Laboratory said:

Blokkeringer i et menneskes kropp fremstår som regel som mørke flekker i energien. Og disse må man forløse eller balansere for at helbredelse skal kunne inntre. Ettersom energi i hovedsak består av pluss- og minuspartikler, består disse blokkeringene av ansamlinger av for mye minus-partikler eller Yin-energi, på ett sted. Der det er mørke flekker, er det for lite pluss-partikler i kroppen, eller for lite Yang-energi. Det kommer av for lite balansert bevissthet.
Balansert bevisssthet fremstår alltid som lys, betraktet fra et energetisk balansert punkt. Dette fordi de lyse punktene også belyser de mørke, omtrent som soler som får måner til å fremstå tilsynelatende som lys. Jeg kan sjekke et menneskes åndelige nivå, ved å sjekke dets laveste bevissthetsnivå. En integrering av pluss- og minuspartiklene til deres opprinnelige ‘sjakkbrett-formasjon’, medvirker til en tilstand av helbredelse, emosjonelt og fysisk.
