There are currency wars and there are information wars afoot, all over the place. Back up; think about the ramifications and again, notice that your investment has not been that great; the investment in you is far more than you in the PPP. You are the deciding factor on whether this works or not; and the time delays have been necessary on your side of this great bargain as well.

You keep reading “next week” or “next month” or whatever you read; do you think we like that any better than you?? No. Not at all. But the truth is what it is and the continual chess game as it truly is, that game that is being played is for the benefit of humanity, NOT JUST for the 1% or even 30% but for the good of those who will have the maturity required to manage resources. There is a wonderful awakening happening in your world. It has caused consternation among your controllers. They have rushed their plans forward, but I can assure you, no matter what they try, they will not succeed. Their takeover of the Earth will NOT HAPPEN. They will try everything in their MAGIC BOOK OF TRICKS to fool you into accepting them and their plans. I have always told you that they will not accept defeat easily. When 99% refuse to accept them, fight for them, kill for them, and serve them and their evil plans, they will be left with no other choice but to leave the Earth.

September will bring many problems that you will have to give serious thought to. The Cabal will make a major push forward with their takeover plans. Be on guard in September, and do not take anything at face value. Make preparations so that you are prepared for all eventualities. FEAR has always been their greatest weapon. They will use it to scare you into submission. Your future does not include serving them. Your future is discovering who you are, and your role in the Transition, working together to create a world where peace and love is the driving force that brings the whole of humanity together to live in harmony. We saw some big events take place these past few weeks.

Stock markets collapsed only to be propped up yet again and now we have China dumping $100billion in US debt.

When we look at debt on a global level, one thing that stands out is that the combined debt of the United States, Japan and Europe accounts for 75% of total global debt.

Despite this fact, China has been blamed in the media and by politicians for the recent volatile stock market swings. With Citigroup going as far as saying China must print money or we will have a global recession. (ie. solution being offered by Citigroup = more debt)

Keep this in mind next time they try blame China. The asian nation and world's second largest economy is the main exporter on the planet. The main reason their economy is slowing down is because their exports are down. Their exports are down because global demand, particularly in Europe, is down.

China did lower its interest rate this week as it struggles to keep its economy going. They also devalued their currency for 3 days straight, which was followed by three mysterious explosions. Two in China and one in Japan at a US munitions base a fews hours later. Maybe a coincidence but oddly timed either way.

We are yet to see politicians or mainstream media calling out the Federal Reserve for all their QE and 0.25% interest rates or ECB who is printing trillions out of thin air and has negative interest rates...instead this is all China's fault apparently.

We've discussed time and time again that the only 'solution' these central planners have is to lower interest rates and print money. Well they can't lower rates anymore (unless they go to 0%) so the only other solution they have is QE4.

This is tragic news. I have a few more papers left to send to my readers and my "farewell" paper, but this needed to get sent out immediately. In a nutshell: Two weeks ago, on a nighttime broadcast simulcast through a number of national radio stations, William Cooper, ex-Naval Intel, blew his Top Secret security clearance by putting together a press conference where he laid out the structure of this country's SHADOW GOVERNMENT, tracing its roots to the UFO/Alien cover-ups that began in the 1940s-1950s.

He was very concise and explicit, naming names and documentation, offices and meetings from the 50s on down to the1970s. He literally ripped the lid of the cover-up, and told his audience that he'd probably be killed for this. he was. This brilliant, decorated military career man left Naval Intelligence in 1975,. By his own admission, he was unable to reconcile what he'd learned while in Naval Intel, about Alien controls and secret combinations within over our government. He refused to serve the anti-constitutional "Military Industrial Complex" run by NAS/CIA and the NWO, and resigned.

After this he began to leak info, often receiving threats on his life and family for so doing. He continued undaunted, but has been increasingly harassed for his outspoken whistle-blowing. To weeks ago he decided he could hold back what he'd learned no longer, and blew the whistle on the whole charade, naming people's names, dates places...everything he'd learned! Apparently this was the last straw? William Cooper's stunning presentation was bound to get him killed. He knew it, and stated it before his live audience. If anyone thinks this man's statements were exaggerated, ask yourself WHY he was killed? There is tight security surrounding the details of the actual incident resulting in his death.......

We, your Arcturian friends, are jumping time lines to communicate with you right now. It was not always foreseen that you would receive our frequency or indeed, welcome it, in this time window. The variables were massive ~ would planet Earth succeed in bringing Her people into 5th dimensional frequency in time? Would the energies of resurgence available in your solar system succeed in activating humans to their full potential?
