There are significant changes building and a lot happening right now that was unforeseen. The energies for shifting the economy have tightened the controls and the makers of power are watchful. Not good news but it is what it is and the times are chaotic. That does not mean that all is lost. Only that we as a society have to live through these turbulent times and so make a concerted effort to stay sane, stay focused, do what is before each and strive to make a difference in a positive upbeat way. The changes occurring are significant ones and have to do with dis-empowering the folk who are or have been creating a lot of this upheaval. Taking steps as one would if faced with an upcoming war and facing rationing might not be a bad idea. As has been said in several places. Not at all meaning that war is the intended outcome, only that common sense must prevail. Just because most have lived with a sense of entitlement does not mean they were, or that entitlement will be delivered any longer. You must read between the lines. The shape of things to come is not so healthy and each person is responsible for self; if that had been the case all along this scenario would not have evolved as it has. Looking to a government to provide has been the proverbial rescue niche that has caused many to fail to take due diligence and to be an attribute or asset to those around them. The term “useless unnecessary eater” has become a tad more prevalent on the www; that you do not want to be. Be patient, keep your head down and wait for the winds of change to pass. While the causes vary from country to country, the chance of more intense droughts in the future as a result of man-made climate change is only increasing as regional extremes of precipitation — both more and less — remain likely, according to the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
Every drought is unique, said Peter Gleick, president of the Pacific Institute, a global water think tank in Oakland. "The same drought in California would have very different impacts in other countries," he said.
What's considered a drought in Bali, Indonesia — where six days without rain is unusual — would certainly not be considered a drought in Libya — where annual rainfall is just 7 inches — the National Drought Mitigation Center reported.
In some parts of the world — such as the Middle East — drought is simply a permanent part of life because of the chronic lack of water, making desalination and the reuse of wastewater far more commonplace there, said Charles Iceland of the D.C.-based World Resources Institute.
Overall, tracking droughts globally is difficult: No country outside the U.S. has a comprehensive effort to monitor it, said climatologist Brian Fuchs of the National Drought Mitigation Center in Lincoln, Neb.

The South American nation's worst drought in 50 years is impacting a fifth of Brazil's 200 million people, including those in the megacities of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janiero. Brazil is "really suffering," Gleick said. "It's pushing its infrastructure to the limit," he said.

Been tracking them for some time now on my blog, Landa Global normally follow any legal & officiel announcements, close to the (officials) or insiders like Dragon Society (Families) , ZAP Office Of Poofness and similar light forces, however i'm not sure how they operate more precisely. All i understand, they are important ambassadors to Prosperity & humanitarian funds e.g. The Historic Bonds, and will most likely be the organisation (144 women) that are major candidates to be beneficiaries or assisting the actual disbursement of the huge amount of money to any Consortium humanitarian projects in the World.

But those who control you, want more. They want the Earth, all for themselves, so that they no longer have to take human shape in order to walk amongst you. Their plan to cull the human race is out there, for all to see. They do not have a need to hide anything because you chose to remain asleep. Denmark to run anti-refugee ads to dissuade asylum seekers - July 26, 2015
In response to human traffickers publishing information about lucrative refugee benefits in EU countries, the Danish government plans to launch a public campaign designed to dissuade asylum seekers from heading to Copenhagen.
Integration Minister Inger Støjberg said earlier this week she is going to run advertisements in foreign newspapers, which will include information deterring refugees from coming to Denmark.
The announcement was made shortly after Denmark's Jyllands-Posten daily published a document people traffickers use to help asylum seekers compare different levels of welfare benefits in Europe.
According to the Local, the document revealed monthly waiting times for family reunification and the amount of monthly benefits available to refugees in prosperous EU nations, including Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.
“Of course, living conditions – including finances – is something asylum seekers are looking for. Why else would human smugglers have developed and published this systematic review of countries, including Denmark, on a website where they provide services based on this kind of information,” Støjberg wrote in a Facebook post that featured a screenshot of the document.
The integration minister said the document justified the government's decision to cut benefits for refugees by up to 45 percent.
