Financial Treason of Unprecedented Proportions

UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that the 36 billion euro currency bridge loan granted to the occupied nation of Greece by the European Central Bank (ECB) represents 8% cash and 92% derivatives aka bank guarantees and I.O.U.s between the banks themselves.

The latest numbers racket is being collateralized (totally illegal and Un-Constitutional) by none other than the United States Treasury and the totally corrupt, treasonous and broke U.S. Federal Reserve.

Note: That is why the U.S. Congress totally controlled by crooked banks, along with the Obama Administration, want to raise the threshold for U.S. banking giants aka out-of-control casinos from $50 billion to $580 billion exposing the systemic risk of EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN that has a bank account to this absolute insanity!

The State of Texas is setting up a gold-backed bank that will allow depositors to bypass the controversial Federal Reserve System and its fiat currency in banking and commerce, according to the state representative who authored the recently enacted law. Under the measure, passed overwhelmingly by lawmakers and signed in mid-June by Republican Governor Greg Abbott, Lone Star State officials will establish and operate the Texas Bullion Depository for anyone who would like to deposit and trade in precious metals. The implications are as big as Texas.

While some analysts have said the move may be another sign heralding Texas’ eventual secession from the union, or preparation for financial Armageddon, its advocates say the depository simply makes financial sense. Among other benefits, the institution will provide more options to consumers weary of the increasingly troubled traditional banking and monetary system, which is viewed by the public with growing suspicion. And experts say the effect of making it easier to use sound money in commerce could be far-reaching.

Among other immediate effects, the law creating the first state-level gold-backed bank in the nation, House Bill 483, will involve repatriating about $1 billion of Texas gold from New York. Conflicting news reports and official statements say the state’s precious metals stockpile is being held either by HSBC in New York, or by the powerful New York Federal Reserve Bank, a privately owned outfit cloaked in secrecy with immense power over the U.S. economy. First, though, officials will need to select a home for the Texas depository.

A controversial government program scheduled for demolition was saved just days before bulldozers were ordered to move in, and instead will be acquired by the University of Alaska Fairbanks. The US Air Force's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) will transfer its 200 Million dollar facility over to the University within the month.

The UAF has won its bid to take over the facility for research purposes, according to Alaska Public Media.

“It’s a transfer, and next month the facilities and equipment will formally transfer from the military to the university. And then we have two years to work with the Air Force to come to an agreement to transfer land,” says UAF spokeswoman Marmion Grimes.

Bob McCoy, head of the UAF’s Geophysical Institute, was instrumental in convincing the Air Force to hand HAARP to the university. Grimes says scientists rallied to put pressure on the Air Force to scrap the demolition plan.

The government’s invested about $290 million, federal dollars. In the last decade or so, the Navy, the Air Force and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) all chipped in forty of fifty million each, and they expanded it and increased the power and made improvements. So it really is exquisite. It’s a good catch for the state of Alaska and the university in Fairbanks to get this excellent facility. And both the chancellor and the president both saw that, and were eager to have this added it to our portfolio here.

The university system is loaning the UAF two million dollars to bring the device back to operational standards and a plan is already in place to pay back the loan.

We, the Arcturians, are always happy to answer some of the questions that we have perceived in the consciousness of our volunteers to Earth. We will not state the questions, but we will directly address the answers. Our answers will be perceived differently when you are in different states of consciousness.

For example, in your 3D beta wave state of consciousness you may think that you know the Truth, but when you are in your 4D alpha or, especially, your 5D gamma wave consciousness, you will know that you must live the truth.

Knowing the truth, or what you currently perceive as the truth, is based on time because it is a third dimensional interpretation of interdimensional information/experience.

On the other hand, when you live the truth, you flow out of your 3D time and into your 5D NOW – and then back again. Then your challenge is, “With which frequency of my brain/consciousness do I share this information?”

The 3D brain is completely confused by the 5D information and needs massive explanation for even the simplest 5D concept. The frequency of information received from your fifth dimensional consciousness does not translate well into your third dimensional consciousness.

Therefore, much of this 5D information must be stored in the 4D aura. (It can also be stored in the Multidimensional Mind, which we have discussed before.) It is for this reason, among others, that we are taking humans through the fourth dimension.

Time races on and events on Earth are speeding up, and having been given freewill to decide how to live together you are now experiencing the result of your choices. It is obvious that you cannot sustain the system that you have created, as it crumbles and proves to be inadequate for your needs. Indeed you have so to say that you have been living on borrowed time and it is already becoming obvious that you cannot prevent the breakdown of the Human Race. Age after Age you have tried to establish a thriving population, yet at the same time have failed to bring along the poorest nations with you. The problems are now so huge that it is too late to prevent the outcome that is the disintegration of the old systems. In other words you will be forced to change your ways if you wish to overcome the problems that you have created. It will be a painful process but will result in a new way of living together, where the vibrations have been lifted to the point where negativity is practically non-existent. Then you will see the true way harmony and peace can be sustained, and people can live without fear. We can assure you that it is possible, and as the vibrations continue to speed up, you will not have too long to experience some positive changes. The dark Ones are no longer allowed to dictate how your future works out, and their plan for total domination is now unworkable.

We ask you to keep faith with those amongst you who are working towards the beneficial changes, knowing that it is difficult to introduce them whilst chaotic conditions remain unchecked. For a very long time new innovations that would make your lives easier have been prevented from going ahead, but they cannot be held back for much longer. Once it is time to release new ideas progress will be made very quickly, and when it is safe for us to openly come amongst you we will be able to do more for you or with you. There is much waiting to be released that will lift you up very quickly and you will realise that the New Age is well underway. You will take a quantum leap forward in technology that will remove many of the problems that currently hold you back. But for the actions of the dark Ones you would have already been enjoying a higher standard of living, but that will all change in the near future.
