Dulce, New Mexico is a quite little town located about 7,000 feet on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. It is home to about 900 people with one major motel and a few stores. The Dulce Base is believed to be the largest Reptilian and Grey Alien base in America where there are allegedly conducting experiments including: atomic manipulation, cloning, mind control, animal/human crossbreeding, chip implantation, abduction, and feeding off of humans.

Some Eyewitness News viewers reported seeing unusual lights in the sky over Southern California late Thursday night.

The mysterious lights were spotted in southern Orange County, Riverside County and even San Diego County.

Ranaye Kahn of Rancho Santa Margarita says she saw three lights around 10:30 p.m.

"I'm looking at it and thinking that's really strange because it was yellow, not normal plane lights," said Kahn. "We had two lights, then they both went out, then a third light came on. (I) was listening for helicopter sounds, plane sounds -- no sounds at all, just lights."

Several viewers sent us pictures and videos on Facebook and Twitter.

"Crazy!! Two bright lights over Orange County. Weird the kept dimming and reappearing," viewer Rose Cruz posted on our Facebook page.

Viewer Allison Williams said she saw the lights appear for a few minutes.

"Saw these two bright orange lights from the 405 S at Sand Canyon all the way to the 5 exited Alicia watched them for a little while and left, went back and they were gone within minutes," Williams wrote.

Law enforcement officials in Orange and San Diego counties say they haven't received any reports of problems.

Officials at Camp Pendleton and Marine Corps Air Station Miramar told Eyewitness News Thursday morning that the lights didn't have anything to do with their bases.

The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement, "We had no unusual aircraft activity in Southern California last night."

So the mystery continues...

Norway Goes Military: Army Spending Skyrockets on 'Russian Threat' - April 29, 2015

Norway has vowed to increase its military spending by as much as half a billion USD to boost defense capability around its northern border with Russia citing a so-called "Russian threat"; meanwhile, the country has increased its arms exports to the US by as much as $10 million, which is apparently being used in conflict zones such as Iraq.
The Norwegian goverment is apparently in the throes of a military fever.

It has pledged to increase military spending by as much as half a billion dollars to boost its defense capability around its northern border with Russia to be able to withstand what it sees as the phantom “Russian threat.”

The country's Defense Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide, said Norway would spend 3.6 billion kroner ($477 million) on building Norway's first anti-aircraft battery and modernizing its squadron of German-made Leopard 2 tanks, amongst other defense projects.

According to the local media, the country’s defense experts have been recently calling for “more troops and better capabilities close to the Russian border” fearing to be “a small neighboring country to a superpower with global ambitions.”

Meanwhile, it is Norway itself which has increased its arms exports, which are apparently used in conflict zones around the world.

According to recently released figures from Statistics Norway (SSB), nearly 80 per cent of the country’s exports of military equipment in 2014 went to NATO countries, totaling NOK 1. 4 billion ($185 million), of which the USA accounted for 45 per cent.

Yes about a mile underwater off Cuba there exists sphinxes, pyramids, a stonehenge, with a written language engraved on the stones. Some of the symbols are found on objects in Cuba.

They apparently shut down the site and took control to keep it out of the hands of Russia. According to the article they are still recovering objects. Chances are, you won’t hear much about it.

Cuba hasn’t been underwater in at least 10,000 years.

Det undre mig simpelhen ikke, at vi kan blive ved med at spinde historier på vores Finansminister om DONG salget...

Grunden til sagen ikke lægger sig fladt ned på ryggen, er den er pilrådden fra starten... Der er snart folketingsvalg, så DF forsøger at stille spørgsmål omkring sagen - fair nok - enhedslisten har tidligere forsøgt, uden held..... Det seneste som er kommet frem bla. fra Anders Eldrup og Fritz Schur er, at "ifølge tidligere Dong-topchef Anders Eldrup var finansminister Bjarne Corydon (S) informeret om, at Dong kunne høste milliarder ved at udskille selskabets havvindaktiviteter i et separat selskab. Alligevel tav ministeren om muligheden, da Dong kom i akut pengenød. DF er forundret"...

(GAOG) We all have emotional triggers. You know the feeling when someone makes a jokingly-mean comment that might not be a huge deal to another person, but totally destabilizes you for the rest of the day? You feel this way any time someone expresses any disapproval of you. Suddenly, you find yourself feeling off center and thrust into a bout of anxiety, depression, guilt or shame.

Sound familiar?

It can be challenging to identify what exactly our triggers are, but this process of getting to know and understand them can help us heal, and learn how to cope better in response.

But why do we all have triggers? In short, because we were all children once. When we were growing up, we inevitably experienced pain or suffering that we could not acknowledge and/or deal with sufficiently at the time. So as adults, we typically become triggered by experiences that are reminiscent of these old painful feelings. As a result, we typically turn to a habitual or addictive way of trying to manage the painful feelings.

So what are your triggers? What do you do to manage the painful feelings that are triggered? Do you face your triggers head-on or attempt to avoid the pain? Here are a couple of examples that might help you to discover your own triggers …

Maddie was raised by absent parents. Her father traveled frequently, and her mother was emotionally unavailable. She was left alone a lot even as a toddler, and when her sister was born two years later, Maddie was put in charge of her. By age five, Maddie was not only in charge of making meals for herself, but also her sister and their younger brother. She essentially raised herself.

Today, Maddie is a very competent physician, but she gets painfully triggered when someone she cares about isn’t available. When she calls her daughter at college and her daughter doesn’t return the call, Maddie gets upset and sometimes even begins to blame her husband for her pain (even though it has nothing to do with him).

Until Maddie began her work with me, she didn’t realize that “unavailability” is her trigger, and that she most often tries to avoid her old pain by blaming her husband. But now that she is aware of the trauma from her childhood neglect, Maddie is learning to compassionately attend to her inner child in order to heal.
