(SA) De fleste danskere kan først trække sig tilbage fra arbejdsmarkedet, når de fylder 67 år. Og I år vil politikerne vurdere, om tilbagetrækningsalderen skal hæves yderligere. Selv kan ministre og folketingspolitikere allerede få pension, når de når efterlønsalderen – vel at mærke selvom de stadig arbejder og hæver løn som folketingspolitiker.

Det vil to tredjedele af danskerne have stoppet. De ønsker, at politikerne skal have samme vilkår for tilbagetrækning som almindelige lønmodtagere, viser en ny måling fra Gallup.

Derfor stiller Enhedslisten nu flere beslutningsforslag i Folketinget, som der skal stemmes om i næste uge. Forslag, der skal sidestille politikernes pensionsvilkår med lønmodtagernes.

»Politikeres og ministres pensioner stikker af i forhold til resten af befolkningens. Det bliver ekstra hyklerisk, når man hører indenrigsminister Morten Østergaard sige, at danskerne skal blive længere på arbejdsmarkedet, når hans eget otium allerede begynder som 60-årig,« siger retsordfører for Enhedslisten Pernille Skipper.

Saturday, thousands of people rallied in Germany to oppose the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a similar trade deal to the controversial Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Activists gathered across Germany on Saturday to protest the upcoming trade deal between Europe and the United States. Critics fear the deal will erode sovereignty and endanger multiple industries, including health and technology. Supporters of the deal say it would bring $100 billion annually for both sides of the deal.

Reuters reports that, “a recent YouGov poll showed that 43 percent of Germans believe TTIP would be bad for the country, compared to 26 percent who see it as positive.”

Around 1,500 activists formed a human chain in Berlin; from the Potsdamer Platz square, past the U.S. embassy and through the Brandenburg Gate to offices of the European Commission.

The commander of the US army in Europe has warned that Nato will have to stay united in the face of a "actual threat" from Russia.

"It is not an assumption. There is a Russian threat," Lt-Gen Frederick "Ben" Hodges said.

"You have got the Russian ambassador threatening that Denmark will be a nuclear target if it participates in any missile defence programme. And when you look at the unsafe way Russian aircraft are flying with no transponders in proximity to civilian aircraft, that is not experienced conduct."

Gen Hodges spoke to the Telegraph on the sidelines of a military debriefing right after an exercise to move reside Patriot missiles 750 miles across Europe by road and deploy them on the outskirts of Warsaw.

The sight of a US military convoy crossing the German-Polish border much more than 20 years after the finish of the Cold War created international headlines and brought site visitors to a standstill as people posed for selfies beside the troops.

The intention of such a hugely visible deployment was to send a signal, Gen Hodges mentioned.

"That's exactly what it was about, reassuring our allies," he stated.

Gen Hodges pointed to recent Russian choices to move Iskandar ballistic missiles to its Kaliningrad enclave, among Lithuania and Poland, and extended-variety nuclear-capable bombers to Crimea.

"I do not believe a military confrontation is inevitable. But you have to be militarily prepared in order to enable efficient diplomacy," he stated.

Følger Radio24Syv tykt og tyndt - eller rettere når jeg har tid til overs, tuner jeg ind. Tag f.eks. Antidemokratisk-Festival - En satirisk undersøgelse af demokratiets væsen. Selvfølgelig er det sjov og spas, men hvor demokratiske er tilstandene egentlig herhjemme? Vi har frihed til at blive hørt, vælger vores politikere fordi vi stoler på de har en holdning og værdier, som vi selv kan forholde os til. Alle har meninger omkring partierne og enkeltpersoner på borgen. Men de folkevalgte, lytter de overhoved til os? Vi er en nation som gemmer os, vi har en mening om alt nede på hjørnet ved købmanden, men har pokkers svært at stille os selv foran på Christiansborg og demonstrere, med mindre det er skolerne og børnehaverne eller efterløn, så bliver det personligt jo...

Langsom med sikkert, begynder der efterhånden at brede sig en distance og tillidsbrud til vores såkaldte demokratisk politikere og system. Vi aner ude i det fjerne, det ulmer af magtspil, hemmelighedskræmmeri og skjulte dagsordner med spindoktorenes kyndige vejledning. Det er begyndt at bundfælde i os alle - vi stoler ikke længere på nogen politikere.

8 ud af 10 danskere er utilfredse med politikernes lydhørhed. Det viser en undersøgelse fra tænketanken Cevea. 80,7 pct. af danskerne er således uenige i, at de har indflydelse på hvilke emner, der er på den politiske dagsorden. Og 75,6 pct. tilkendegiver, at politikerne ikke lytter nok til, hvad deres vælgerne mener.

Ser lidt nærmere på vores såkaldte "folkevalgte" ildsjæle som gør alt for os - eller gør de?

Borgens særlig udvalgte og deres "assistenter"

Hvis vi fokusere på Christiansborg, er politikerne død afhængige af 3 ting. Deres spindoktorer, journalisterne på borgen, samt embedsmændene. Umiddelbart kan man kun gisne, men en tendens viser sig mere og mere som en rode butik af dimissioner.

• Spindoktorene laver også rod i maskineriet en gang imellem, foranværende SFs skatteminister Holger K. Nielsen fyrede Thomas Brahm pga. øremærket barsel til mænd, Mikael Børsting stoppede hos Lars Løkke, valgte meget demonstrativt at tage på badeferie på Mallorca, da GGGI-sagen rasede på sit højeste. 
• Embedsmændene er ikke meget bedre; Nødvendige nødløgne i Christiania-sagen, hjemsendte embedsmænd - tjenstlige forhør af tre embedsmænd afsluttes GGGI. Embedsmænd "glemmer" at informere politikerne korrekt.
• Journalisterene er blevet mere aggressive og nærgående ifølge Lykketoft og andre. Politikerne er jaget vildt ifølge Søren Pind. 

Hvad er den politiske retorik?

Vi ved sikkert alle sammen, politikere bliver "omvendt" til at tale i tunger. For eksempel gør politikere ofte brug af anaforer,  der består i, at en følge af sætninger eller sætningsled begynder med samme ord, fx "Her vil ties, her vil bies". Frygt associerede ord benyttes også - 'potentiale', 'mistanke om', 'uproblematisk', 'nødt til', 'faretruende'.
Politikere bruger også andre teknikker i politisk retorik, såsom forvirring, omdirigering, forening, udeladelse, og sammensætning. Politikere manipulere deres image for at skabe en mere troværdig, retfærdig og intelligent udgave af sig selv, der er præsenteret for offentligheden.

Er helt enig med Christian Kock, professor ved institut for retorik på Københavns Universitet:
Politikere – de svarer jo ikke! "politikere skal blive bedre til at tale lige ud af posen, og skal undlade at bagatellisere borgernes kritik". Kock mener at borgerne er mere modtagelige overfor en ordentlig, plausibel forklaring end politikere har tendens til at tro. Retorikprofessoren mener, at der ikke er nogen vej udenom at tale om tingene, og at politikerne skal forklare, stille og roligt, at der grunde til at de beslutter som de gør. Og at de grunde vejer tungere end andre grunde.

Norfolk, Virginia| A 78-year old retired officer of the CIA, Normand Hodges, has made a series of astonishing confessions since he was admitted at the Sentara General Hospital on Monday. He claims he committed 37 assassinations for the American government between 1959 and 1972, including the actress and model, Marilyn Monroe.

Mr. Hodges, who worked for the CIA for 41 years as an operative with top-level security clearances, claims he was often employed as a hitman by the organization, to assassinate individuals who could represent a threat to the security of the country.

Trained as both a sniper and a martial arts expert, Mr Hodges says he also has significant experience with more unconventional methods of inflicting harm upon others, like poisons and explosives.

Mr. Hodges swears he remembers vividly, each of the assassinations he committed for the CIA. He claims that all 37 of the murders he committed on the American soil, were ordered by his commanding officer, Major James “Jimmy” Hayworth.

The elderly man claims he committed his assassinations between August 1959 and March 1972, at a time when he says “the CIA had its own agenda“. He says he was part of an operative cell of five members which carried out political assassinations across the country. Most of their victims were political activists, journalists and union leaders, but he also claims that he killed a few scientists and artists whose ideas represented a threat to the interests of the United States.

This is the pool of energy that is now being cleansed in a process which now impacts everyone but most especially those who are the energy sensitive amongst you. When you find that emotions well up from within you, be aware that it is the collective field that you are tapping into.

Send love to the Earth when this occurs, for this activity helps to dissipate the old energies that are now being released; and then gently detach from it by thinking of something beautiful that the Earth provides for all to enjoy.

Earth is being prepared for another shift as the influx of cosmic energies from the recent days take hold. More miracle occurrences of nature are being recorded and shared through the inter-connected web of activity known as the internet.

Australia's remote indigenous communities fear closure - April 19, 2015

Derby Aboriginal elder Lorna Hudson was a child when government authorities in the 1960s moved her people from tiny Sunday Island off the remote north-west coast of Western Australia to the mainland.

For a time most of the Sunday Island "saltwater" people lived on a reserve in the outback town of Derby, recalls Ms Hudson.

Later many moved to the coastal community of One Arm Point, 200km north of the resort town of Broome, where they resumed traditional hunting and fishing.

Their dislocation is an experience shared by many Indigenous Australians who were forced off their land, last century, either because of changes in government policy or lack of employment.

"That's how people lost their culture," says Ms Hudson. "It put us in a different environment, away from our country."

In the wake of plans by the West Australian government to close many small indigenous communities, the people of One Arm Point and other remote indigenous communities fear history might soon be repeated.

Comments earlier this week by Prime Minister Tony Abbott that people had made a "lifestyle choice" to live in these communities have intensified local fears people will be forced out of their homes, many of which are on ancestral land.

Western Australian Premier Colin Barnett last year announced that up to 150 of the state's estimated 250 remote indigenous communities might be closed.Delia Clarke, a former resident of Oombulgurri has now moved to Wyndham

His government had accepted an offer from the federal government to assume responsibility for the communities in return for A$90m ($68m, £46m) in funding but then decided it did not have enough money to keep them all open.

The state government says many of these communities - some with as few as five people and few facilities or infrastructure - are not financially viable. It estimates that in one case it is spending A$85,000 per person per year on essential services such as power and running water.
