FINANS: Skat har fået fingre i ny tophemmelig banklæk - 20. Marts 2015

Danske skatteborgere med penge i skattely har fået en ny bekymring. En hel ny læk af bankoplysninger er landet i Skat.

De danske skattemyndigheder har fået fingre i bankinformationer fra et unavngivet skattely.

Ifølge et svar til Folketingets skatteudvalg har Skat fået adgang til lækkede bankdata for ganske nylig fra et andet lands skattemyndigheder, der har betinget sig fuldstændig anonymitet.

Banklæk har tidligere vist sig særdeles effektive i skattemyndigheders jagt på hemmelige formuer, når velhavere havde gemt pengene af vejen i tillid til bankhemmelighed og minimal skat.

Ifølge professor i skatteret på Aarhus Universitet Jan Pedersen må det faktum, at Danmark har fået materialet, nødvendigvis betyde, at danske skatteborgere og virksomheder indgår.

Det er kun sket to gange tidligere, at Danmark har fået adgang til lækkede bankoplysninger fra skattely.

Det skete første gang, efter at en international skatteskandale rullede i 2008. En tidligere medarbejder i LGT Bank i Liechtenstein, Heinrich Kieber, havde solgt stjålne oplysninger om 1.400 familiefonde i LGT til den tyske efterretningstjeneste for et større millionbeløb og en ny identititet.

Materialet afslørede, at i hundredvis af tyske velhavere havde stuvet store formuer af vejen i Liechtenstein.

Senere kom lækagen fra storbanken HSBC, som flere lande brugte til at skaffe ekstra skatteindtægter for adskillige milliarder kroner. Den har Danmark dog først for nylig fået adgang til på grund af en brøler fra Skat.

The sheep expresses kindness, caring, sensitivity, healing, and cooperation in the collective consciousness, with an emphasis on artistic, creative development through their appreciation of beauty.
