California county routinely kidnaps thousands of babies without any warrant or reason, lawsuit claims

(NaturalNews) Officials with Riverside County, Calif., removed a newborn baby from her mother without a valid reason or a court-ordered warrant, a practice that the county does very often, according to claims made by the mother in a federal class action lawsuit.

The lead plaintiff in the suit, known as "A.A.," which is the baby, filed suit against the county, Juvenile Dependency Investigator Karla Torres, Torres' supervisor Felicia M. Butler, and "all similarly situated county social workers and investigators" Dec. 12, Courthouse News Service reported.

The plaintiff's attorney, Shawn McMillan, told the news service that his firm, which focuses on civil rights cases against government child protective agencies, "uncovered an alarming trend" about one year ago while undergoing discovery for other cases.

"County child welfare agencies regularly subvert the constitutional rights of parents and children by seizing children from their parents when there is no danger to the child, and in fact no need to seize the child at all," McMillan told Courthouse News Service.

"The class action is designed to address a procedural problem. They [Riverside County social workers] as a matter of course don't get warrants before seizing kids," he continued. "Deficient policies, deficient training and deficient supervision all lead to civil rights violations on a regular basis. This lawsuit is designed to address the problem."

Child was healthy and in no danger

The 27-page suit claims that A.A. is just one of thousands of children who were wrongfully taken away from their parents by the county's social workers.

"In February 2013, when she was three days old, plaintiff A.A. was snatched by an employee of the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services literally from the breast of her mother as they lay in the hospital recuperating from a successful, safe delivery," the complaint said.

The child "was healthy and in no danger whatever; her mother has no history of drug, alcohol, or tobacco use nor any history of psychiatric treatment," the suit says

Peace both within and without, is not attained through power struggles, war, or violence. War has never achieved true and lasting peace, but simply creates lulls in the violence while allowing it to pop up somewhere else. At this time, the substance of which peace is formed is not yet fully present in world consensus consciousness.

What is the Matrix that Held Us in 3D? Dec 22, 2014

What is the social grid of false beliefs, what some have called “the matrix,” that is said to have been with us since ancient times and that holds us in Third Dimensionality if we cling to it?

I’d like to identify some of the beliefs and philosophies which, taken together, capture the essence of the false grid of beliefs that have kept humans in a lower-density belief and value system.

Since all these beliefs are couched in commonsensical terms so that even the least intelligent could understand and master them, I too will discuss them in commonsensical terms.

The first core belief that represents a departure from the truth of our being is the notion that each of us is a separate individual, with no common ties, origin, or essence.

There’s no sense of the soul and, because there isn’t, there’s no knowledge of the same soul being in everyone or that that soul is really the Super-Soul, which is the one nature of all.

All this knowledge is not taken up or explored.

Instead we divide ourselves into, or unite ourselves in, various ephemeral identities such as races, nations, etc., and then fight to dominate each other and avoid being dominated.

None of this reflects the eternal truth that we are one.

The second belief is in scarcity, or, as Archangel Michael has called it, lack and limitation. We believe we live in a world of fixed resources, with not enough to go around. Given that we have need of these resources and not enough exists to share equally, we choose to compete, rather than cooperate with each other for them.

In reality nature’s abundance is probably unlimited and our capacity to create is also unlimited. In higher dimensions, of course. But even here, in whatever dimension we are (probably Fourth), our powers of creation are much larger than we imagine. But this perspective convinces us that there isn’t enough to go around and sets the stage for competition progressing to warfare.

The third belief is that there are no solutions to the dilemmas the first two beliefs raise. There’s nothing that can be done to end our sense of separation from one another and there’s nothing that can be done to end the perceived scarcity of resources.

Change or reform is impossible. No matter how much things change, they remain the same. There’s no way out. These are the cliched sayings we have that reflect and invigorate our bondage to this perspective of no solutions.

A fourth point of view is the belief that we have only one body and one lifetime to live. Once we die, that’s the end of it. There’s no escaping death and taxes. Death is final. Therefore we may as well live it up in this moment because tomorrow we die. These are the beliefs that go along with and support this materialist perspective.

A fifth point of view is that nature is chaotic. There’s no order in nature. Mother Nature is unpredictable. There’s no higher power or universal laws in actuality. The universe moves randomly. Unexpected catastrophes happen every day somewhere in the world and cannot be prevented. So get over it.

Injections of QE into an economy with weak fundamentals is likely to result in speculative bubbles as QE funds show up in investors’ hands and not in the hands of general consumers.

New York Times calls for Cheney, Bush officials to be investigated and prosecuted for torture

In a blistering editorial published in the Monday edition of the New York Times, the editorial page editors are calling upon the Justice Department to open an investigation into the torture practices committed during the administration of President George W. Bush with an eye towards prosecuting those who “committed torture and other serious crimes,” along with former Vice President Dick Cheney and other major administration officials.

Under a headline reading, “Prosecute Torturers and Their Bosses,” the board criticizes the administration of current President Barack Obama for failing “to bring to justice anyone responsible for the torture of terrorism suspects,” during the period following the attack on 9/11.

The editorial notes that the American Civil Liberties Union will present a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. on Monday calling for appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate what appears to be “a vast criminal conspiracy, under color of law, to commit torture and other serious crimes.”

Saying it is hard to imagine the current administration “having the political courage” to order an investigation, the board calls for a full investigation that will include major figures in the Bush administration, including Cheney, and former CIA director George Tenet.

“…any credible investigation should include former Vice President Dick Cheney; Mr. Cheney’s chief of staff, David Addington; the former C.I.A. director George Tenet; and John Yoo and Jay Bybee, the Office of Legal Counsel lawyers who drafted what became known as the torture memos,” the editorial reads. “There are many more names that could be considered, including Jose Rodriguez Jr., the C.I.A. official who ordered the destruction of the videotapes; the psychologists who devised the torture regimen; and the C.I.A. employees who carried out that regimen.”

The call for the Justice Department to proceed follows the release of the so-called “Torture Report” released over a week ago.

Noting confirmation of reports of “rectal feeding,” waterboarding, detainees hung by their wrists, confined to coffins, beaten, and threatened with death, the board calls the acts criminal offenses.

“These are, simply, crimes. They are prohibited by federal law, which defines torture as the intentional infliction of “severe physical or mental pain or suffering.” They are also banned by the Convention Against Torture, the international treaty that the United States ratified in 1994 and that requires prosecution of any acts of torture,” they write.

The board concludes, “Starting a criminal investigation is not about payback; it is about ensuring that this never happens again and regaining the moral credibility to rebuke torture by other governments. Because of the Senate’s report, we now know the distance officials in the executive branch went to rationalize, and conceal, the crimes they wanted to commit. The question is whether the nation will stand by and allow the perpetrators of torture to have perpetual immunity for their actions.”

Over 90% of American homes have microwave ovens used for meal preparation.

Microwave ovens, originally sold as “Radaranges,” use technology that passes electromagnetic waves through food, exciting the molecules and causing them to move and heat up as they respond to the microwave radiation.

Microwaves are electromagnetic energy that travel at the speed of light. The magnetron in the microwave oven produces wave energy. “There are no atoms, molecules or cells of any organic system able to withstand such a violent, destructive power for any extended period of time, not even in the low energy range of milliwatts… This is how microwave cooking heat is generated – friction from this violence in water molecules. Structures of molecules are torn apart, molecules are forcefully deformed (called structural isomerism) and thus become impaired in quality.”
