In her book “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking“, Susan Cain illustrates how today’s world has created an Extrovert culture; the ideal is to be sociable, loud, bold, and it is so because it resonates with how most of our interactions are nowadays. We are bold and loud all day on our social media; the corporate environment favors the “golden boy/girl”, who wins over investments with daring ideas and a charming personality.

But what about the other side of the spectrum? What about introverts? The people who choose a quiet evening at home instead of a large social gathering can obviously be equally capable, strong and successful. So, what does it mean to be an introvert? It’s not the stereotypical notion of the shut-in, that is for sure.

Below are 14 things about being an introvert that can help you understand what it means to be one (or you can experience a moment of recognition if you are, like the writer of this article, an introvert herself):

1. An introverted person can function better when working alone, than when working in a team. It’s not about being a “team player”, it’s about what can help them produce the best possible result. And working in a team, well…it’s is distracting.

2. Being quiet does not mean “having nothing to say”. It means that one simply enjoys being quiet. As an introvert, I find some of my most satisfying moments when I am in a gathering and observe people talk, without saying something myself. Why don’t you speak? Because I am perfectly content absorbing the stimuli of my surroundings without producing any of my own.

3. Going out in a coffee shop with your book, work, or music, and enjoying that perfect little state between sociability, but without interaction, is very, very satisfying.

4. Introverts choose who they connect with very carefully. And when that connection has been made, it runs deep. Some people can be all depth, instead of breadth. And that is perfectly okay.

5. Rainy days at home are blessings. Period.

6. A trip alone to a foreign country or another city is not scary. It’s an adventure, and not having anyone meddling with your planning is pretty liberating. The lone wolf does survive (if you got my reference, you are awesome).

7. You can never comprehend how some people can spend the entirety of their day together, even fresh lovers in their honeymoon phase. Space is healthy. Silence is necessary.

8. Time alone means time for introspection. While many people avoid looking at their problems, letting them fester and become toxic for them, an introvert can take the time to listen to themselves and perhaps find solutions.

9. Being the observer in a group can actually be very beneficial. It gives one more chances of operating in a behind-the-scenes way.

10. Similarly, the observation of people can lead to better understanding them, which can make an introvert a very likeable person. Everyone wants an understanding confident who lets them speak out for a change, in a world where everyone has an opinion that can, unfortunately, be pushed on to you.

11. Spending less time socializing means coming up with so many more things to occupy your time!There is always a book to read, or a movie to watch, or a language to learn, or some volunteer work you can do, and so on. An introvert can see adventure in the most ordinary settings.

12. That moment when you finally come home after a large party is like the first breath of air in a long time, and a great relief.

13. It can be funny, interesting, and a little bit sad when people get surprised that you have so many interests and hobbies. “Oh my god, I had no idea you did so much!” I mean, it’s not like I sit and stare at my ceiling when I am not with people. But your surprise entertains me.

14. Socializing can be draining, but an introvert can love spending time with an extrovert. Opposites do attract, and one fulfills the other. There are things an introvert cannot do without an extrovert, and vice versa.

To sum up, being an introvert is a great thing. Being an extrovert is also a great thing. The greatness lies within the fact that we hopefully live in a world where people can just be themselves. Being clever and successful is not about learning to separate the more capable (read: sociable) ones from the less capable ones. It’s about fully utilizing every resource, and more often than not, an introvert might just be the ace up society’s sleeve.

Embrace introverts, whether it is the one hiding inside you or someone in your social circle. You won’t miss out.

(hobie here.) I'm not any kind of official spokesperson on all this, but I'll share with you what is my best impression:

The revaluation of the Iraqi dinar (and other currencies, some apparently in the same 'basket' and some not) is the tip of the iceberg on all the other changes you have in mind.

We are apparently about to see new substance-based currencies in a new more transparent global banking system. "Substance-based" means the end of the Federal Reserve System as we have known it, and the dethroning of the folks back of it. With that should come the end of inflation and the end of taxation as we've known it.

"Best rumors" have told us that the Federal Reserve was foreclosed on some years ago - Poof said this in his January 15, 2012 newsletter: "As of last night, that was IT, tho the Fed was foreclosed upon 2 years ago, the end came contractually." And from other sources we've heard that the Corp. US charter came to its end and is not being renewed.

Our best impression (from rumors) is that arrests of the bad guys' lower level minions have already been occurring, leaving the higher level ones without support - and additional arrests, some of them perhaps to be quite public, are coming. Poof had always said that the good guys want announcements and full disclosure of all that's been done to the people by the bad guys, so that it will never happen again. It remains to be seen whether at some point such disclosures will be an "all at once" affair or whether they're taking place more piece-meal to minimize the shock to the people.

With Corp. US no longer involved, we may (should) see a return to Constitutionality in America, with similar changes in countries around the world. Poof also had always said we'd be surprised by who turns out to be the bad guys and who turns out to be the good guys. :)

Some unknown number of people may soon be stewards of some very large sums of money, which will begin to flow to everyone as those stewards make purchases, fund projects, make charitable grants and donations, start or invest in companies, etc. Long-suppressed technologies are expected to become available, with sufficient funding to benefit everyone and not just the few.

Hard to imagine because we've never seen it, but we may soon experience the end of artificial scarcity. Said differently, we may be about to experience a time of abundance and prosperity, worldwide. Will wars then cease? Will rumors of overpopulation and 'peak oil' and such, disappear? Will there actually be peace on earth and love one to another? We may be about to find out. :)

HOW SOUL LOSS SHOWS UP AT THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE

As a physician, I’ve had years of experience diagnosing soul loss in my patients, but Western medicine has no framework for this kind of diagnosis, and as doctors, we’re not taught to treat this kind of suffering, so we wind up mistreating it. What people suffering from soul loss need is the deep medicine of reconnection with the soul, but in our culture, we tend to treat soul loss too superficially.

We treat the chronic pain with pain medication. We treat the insomnia with sleeping pills. We treat the weight issues with diet and exercise. And most damagingly, we may label soul loss as mental illness, such as depression, and cover up the symptoms with psychiatric medications that may make things worse by slapping a Band-aid on a wound that’s not healing underneath the bandage.

THE TREATMENT YOU REALLY NEED

Sometimes the soul needs space in order to heal, and this may require the courage to make some external changes in your life. Perhaps you need to switch careers in order to give the soul more room to breathe. Perhaps an unhealthy relationship is constricting the soul, and it’s time to get into therapy, set boundaries, or even end things. Perhaps you need to find more people to love or relocate to a place that helps your soul come alive.  Perhaps you need to give your soul permission to engage in more creative activities. Such eternal changes may be part of the prescription the inner doctor of your soul writes.

But very often, those kinds of major life overhauls are NOT NECESSARY!  Reconnecting to the soul allows you to find peace and happiness right where you are in ways that are much simpler and more profound than you might think. It can be astounding to discover that you’ve had what you needed all along and have been looking in all the wrong places. Perhaps all that is needed is to see the life you’re already living in a different way.

A Trip Down Memory Lane - beyond time and space with my deceased friend, Jay

Archangel Michael did ask us all at Nov, 28th if we could feel our heart chakra transforming? Did we feel our capacity to love and be love enhancing? Are we experiencing the suffering of our past coming up once more through our heart chakra to be experienced and released?
This is a most sacred time upon the Earth and the inner planes; especially as we move from 2014 into 2015. The heart chakra of the Creator, which is the deepest purest core of love, is expanding, pumping greater volumes of love into the vibrations of all. 

In Memory of my best friend Jay, that have passed with leukemia, back in 2006

Hi Jay,

Been a while Jay since we spoke, more precisely last time in November 2005, when you call me in the middle of the night Danish time, and told me, in your own words, "You have been diagnosed with cancer". I just knew then, even you might had been hidden the truth a while or in state of denial, it was apparent,  i had to come over to Phoenix - ASAP. It was time, so i did.

Searching on the Internet recently, surprising googling your dad obituary from 2011. My condolence!, was supprised, however was aware of his conditions and struggling from cancer as well.... Your properly having a ball in cities of light in heaven right now, I'm sure of that....

Anyways... the weeks ahead was the best wake-up call for me, how fragile life was, the feeling of numbness or total ignorance, what if .. the guy with the Grim Reaper had come to take you away or some miracle would happen and pulls the leukemia cancer straight out of your body, like John Coffey did in The Green Mile. But seems you mind was up to something, you had a plan already. Visiting old friends and relations and saying "goodbye" to all. Actually, I was very grateful. Remember we meet up with your old friend, just recently out of prison, special moments .. we had friends over for dinner, did a lot a stuff, just didn't strike me right at that time back in 2005, it was the last time i ever saw you.

Jay, when the devastating phone call came a few months later from your wife  Jeanene, she said with tears in her eyes, "Jay had passed away", things just stopped. You told me, you needed second phase of Chemotherapy treatment in Dallas, Texas after Stem Cell Transplant from Your sister Angela. Well, first of all, You hated that place, particular due to the Bush family presence. ( that's a whole other story ) Well, time has passed now and i do regret not attending Your funeral, even if it was explained to me, You really didn't wants anybody to come and say goodbye at the Hospital in your condition... everything went so bloody fast from there... I was so upset, WHY? Why i was not allowed coming and saying proper goodbye? ....  I could just image you Jay, like the humorous guy everybody always felt for, cutting through bullshit and with a loud voice with English accent tell us "It's just a flesh wound" from Monty Python-The Black Knight. It always cracks me up, thinking about that recitation. Another thing, was not there for You at your wedding, was shameful as well. It seems, when somebody is gone, it's hard to make things right again about the past mistakes we did, who would ever forseen you dying from cancer at 37 years of age, so unfair.....

Oh well.. back in the good days, the exchange student days, decades ago, you where the wild one in the bunch of siblings. Yelling, screaming, slamming the door, true temper, too much hormones and teenager anger, like the rest of us. I being more like introvert personalities, you more like extrovert type. My time over there was a mess, four families in one year's time. HOWEVER, best time, Anyplace anywhere anytime! Taking me in as i was, felt like true full blown family member at Jerry and Mary's house in Manchester, NH. It was truly a blessed time. Mary Your mom, treated me like royalty. Every morning, she had cooked and prepared most extravagant breakfast, any eyes had ever seen. Both You parent was awesome. . I knew you and your dad didn't see eye to eye always, but you parents was loving, giving, welcoming and truly the best parents, anybody could have. It was tough back then, Dan you bigger brother, successful banker, as i recall, and all your sisters, Cathy Jo, Angela, Cheri...tough to be feeling leftover..., but Jay, I always knew, Your parents loved you like everyone else...

Remembering back, we had an awesome time, really. We meet up for the first time at Memorial Lane, worked as dishwasher, you as waiter or ws it cook... nevermind. Right away we had a connection, same sarcastic humor and both sports freaks. (American Football). Some highlights were like .. wasting time at Dim Sun Restaurant in Derry, eating and drinking some of the best long island iced tea i have tasted.... sometimes a little bit tipsy, sorry Mary... :-) or driving on your bike to Hampton Beach, checking out bikini beach babes or clubs at night.... good times .. Being with you Jay, was so easy, you had a unique skillset of kindness and approachability towards strangers and friends, selflessly, giving and giving all the time....  I'm sure now, we both had a Devine Godish contract to meet and depart in the way we did. I have just immense deepest gratitude. Even if we was separated for longer times in our life's, we could pick up the chatter, like it was the day before we had talked to each other... That's what I call a soulfriend....

Seeing incredible spiritual Sedona,AZ with the red rocks for the first time, Dinng at Scottsdale with breathtaking beautiful scenery, Visting West Coast, Wine Country (NapaValley), Solvang, European tour in Firenze the four of us or chil out at the pool grilling steaks. We always had a awesome time, no matter what we did... You can think badly about the government or Cabal controlling US citizen, or police force or even NSA, CIA and Pentagon, America is and will be the land of opportunity and the general population shows hospitality, open-minded and loving to all strangers and people who surround them.....

I'm so grateful to both for Jeanene and her family and Jay's family to giving me the best times in the States and very best memories which will be in my heart forever... and that also goes to doloras From The Experiment of International living 1986 who taught me to drive a car, and had me in for a few month in Bedford. (almost trashed her car) I have meet so many families, people and got so many friends, unforgettable memories, unfortunately lost track of time many years after, live is very different in Denmark, never had you Jay and all the beautiful people back in the states, out of my sight and mind, greatest adventure ever....

Have tons of stories to tell, could go on and on ...

Second Transmission to Earth

Our Dear Ones,

We the Arcturians welcome you back for the remainder of our transmission. We left off our transmission by explaining that the consciousness contained within the 3D Matrix of your physical form is intimately intertwined with the consciousness within the 3D Matrix of Earth.

Thus, your personal 3D Matrix is grounded into and melded with the planetary 3D Matrix. As you allow the inflow of higher frequencies of light into your 3D Matrix, it is instantly shared with the 3D Matrix of Gaia’s planetary body. Gaia then amplified that light and sends it back to you.

This form of mutual reception occurs as the back and forth flow of the timeless higher frequencies of light escalating to transmute both planetary and personal matrixes. In this manner, the time-bound holograms of personal and planetary form allow the outflow of their time-bound expressions into the timeless world of antimatter.

Simultaneously, antimatter projects its inflow of formless light into the matrixes of the physical Earth. In this fashion, your consciousness, and eventually your form, will phase in and out of differing dimensions. You can ‘lock’ your consciousness into the dimension of your choice by sending the bonding force of unconditional love into that dimension of reality.

While you are bonded to that dimension via your unconditional love, that particular expression of your Multidimensional SELF will be highlighted as ‘your experience.’ You unlock your consciousness by taking the ‘key’ of unconditional love out of the ‘lock.’ Your higher expressions of SELF resonate beyond time. Thus, when you re-enter your 3D life, you can do so a second before you left.
