👄 Verdensalt | ~ Words related to fear. 6 commonly words associated with fear, that we use, each day ~ | Blogger: [😨WELCOME TO THE GOLDEN AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT... 'TO HOPE' = powerlessness, no action - reverse "hope- lessness" and turn it into something positive (e.g. 'I am looking forward to' or 'I WISH for'). Or simple, send JOY to the things that you "don't want" and JOY to the things you "want to come", your way🤯😵😇] ... Remember - fear is not an option... |

The daily language choice that is harmful to ourselves...

When fear hits us, we captivate in a locked position of "blocking," mental numbness, up 86%, the rest of the 14%, is the basic survival instinct ~ L. M. Jeppsson

In our daily life, we use words that associate or relate to fear.

Let's start with a current situation that everyone can relate to; It can often be a difficult task to break the code for the growing "fear" based language usage in the media, spotting Real and Fake News information and understand the information value. Our rulers has ALWAYS choosing words to put in all in a fear mode.. The use of "possible" - is a known example:

... -- 'Possible' - something that most likely does not happen right now.

"A possible outbreak of avian influenza in Denmark." -
.... Meaning there has been no outburst, but an expectation, again inaccurate "facts" to keep the readers / listeners active and create a fear like state.
- sensationalism news stories - media are often characterized by many words like "could", "maybe", "potential", "suspect" - all words used to express opportunity or probability.

Looking at our own inherent contemporary reality, words that associate with fear and everyday language are used by many and are really hard to avoid.

However, it makes sense to replace words that associate with fear - with positive words - such as "joy" that attracts happiness. "I wish.". One positive example would be: I want more money in my bank account. Herewith, I attract money, instead of thinking / saying, "I never have any money or I HOPE I can survive with so little ".

6 words associated with fear!

© L. M. Jeppsson (and verdensalt.dk) – Holistic Physiotherapist Body & Mind, Yoga, Kinesiology, etc.:

Any word you say is recognized by your senses as it was learned for the first time. Either with a "weird" feeling, or a bad feeling. Bad feelings CREATES fear, disappointment, anger, bitterness, powerlessness and hatred of renewed nutrition.
  • Words are created to express feelings.
  • Words trigger good / positive emotions.
  • Words trigger bad / negative feelings.

1. TO HOPE powerlessness, no action - reverse and turn it into positivity - I am looking forward to....

To hope for something = to fear the opposite. The fear is behind the hope. The opposite of hope is therefore fear. Fear dominates the mind and fear is = stress. Hope is at the same time, powerlessness. "I can not do anything" - others must take responsibility. Hope is the last resort left.

Send joy to the things that you "do not want" and the things you want to come, my way. A given example would be: I'm looking forward to paying the bills that come my way. At once, you've lost the fear and the negative effect of paying something you do not want.
  • Joy attracts joy
  • Fear attracts fear
Joy prevents emotions from being upset. Rare emotions give stress.

2JUST, ONLY= (Danish; 'bare nu ikke', very hard to translate) Fear of advancing (future fears)... Sentence: I just want to be with you.

Just, also means fear. "And it was only with great difficulty, i maked it" - is fear. "I just can't get up early in the morning and go to work." Already you've been looking for fear it's getting up early or going to work.
  • Fear activate recognizable fear feelings
Instead of having an attitude to things:
  • If that happens, I'll do it like that ...
  • If that does not happen, I'll handle it like this and so on...

3. TO TRY, TO ATTEMPTto do something = TO TRY - is a loser's way of speech - a winner doesn't TRY, THEY DO!

When you TRY and then "DO IT", anyway, the brain can not relate to it. To "TRY" does not mean to do. If you "DO IT" you are now in conflict with yourself.

  • Trying means - NOT to do or trying to achieve something, and it will not work for you
If you do "try" anyways, you conflict with what you say and what you do (bad conscience)
- Hereby you are in conflict with your outside world (you promised to do it - people expect you to do this and that etc.)

Example: "I'll try to finish my report on time". Tell yourself: "I will 'complete' the report on time or reject it to your boss.

  • Losers they TRY to win - Winners, they DO IT

4. (I) HAVE/HAD TO = Coercion or to force upon.... Not a free will. You always have a choice.

Example: danish politician new book from Pia Kjærsgaard "Because I Had It". When it derives from a politician, no wonder that the word "HAD TO" is used in her book title...

"I HAVE TO,  means that someone is forcing you. You do not have free choice. The reason you use the word is because you do not dare to decide yourself, but apologize for someone forcing you..

  • Choosing is freedom
  • To be forced is compulsion
5. (I'M PROPERLY) NOT ABLE TO = an apologies, in advance (beforehand)

NOT ABLE TO, is your own apology, just in case, you couldn't...
 - No one can blame you if you are not able to..

Use instead: I AM able to - I do not want - I can not - I do not want to
By using "i'm not able to," there's not enough effort behind...

Example: I've already said, I not able to make it, in time

6. YES, BUT = Yes and but are contradictions. Not understood by the subconscious.
Use instead: No, but = No and but, is identical.

But. First, you accept. Next, youre refuse. Yes and but are opposites. But, means
opposite of yes = no. The brain disconnects. What you accept is now deleted.
  • Say YES, if you accept.
  • Say NO, if you do not accept.
Come up with your opinion. if you do not accept. Supplement others opinion, with your opinion...
