Lad os starte med en nรฆrvรฆrende situation som alle kan relatere sig til; Det kan tit vรฆre en svรฆrt opgave at bryde koden for det voksende ”frygt” baseret sprogbrug i medierne, for at fรฅ fat i den reelle faktiske oplysning og forstรฅ informationsvรฆrdien. Brugen af ”mulig” – er et kendt eksempel: 

– Overskrift: Mulig sammenhรฆng mellem Lars Lรธkkes tรธjforbrug og venstres nedtur
... Mulig – er noget som hรธjst sandsynlig ikke sker lige nu . 

”Et muligt udbrud af fugleinfluenza i Danmark.”  - 
…. Betyder der ikke har vรฆret udbrud, men en forventning, igen uprรฆcise "fakta" for at holde lรฆserne / lytterne aktive og skabe en frygt lignende tilstand. 
– Sensationshungrende  nyhedsmedier er mange gange prรฆget af mange ord som ”kunne”, ”mรฅske”, ”potentiale”, ”mistanke om”   – alle ord som bruges for at udtrykke mulighed eller sandsynlighed.  

Det daglige sprogvalg, som er skadeligt for os selv

   
Ser vi pรฅ vores egen iboende nutidige virkelighed, ord som associerer til frygt og det daglige sprogbrug, benyttes af mange og er rigtigt svรฆre at undgรฅ. 

Dog giver det mening, at udskifte ord som associerer til frygt  - med positive ord - sรฅ som ”glรฆde” der tiltrรฆkker glรฆde.  ”Jeg รธnske mig" …. Et given positivt eksempel ville vรฆre: Jeg รธnsker mig flere penge pรฅ min bankkonto. Hermed tiltrรฆkker jeg penge, i stedet for at tรฆnke/sige : "Jeg har aldrig nogen penge, eller jeg hรฅber pรฅ jeg kan klare mig med sรฅ lidt penge".

At hรฅbe pรฅ noget = at man frygter det modsatte. Frygten ligger bag hรฅbet. Det modsatte for hรฅbet, er altsรฅ frygt. Frygten dominere sindet og frygt er = stress. Hรฅb er samtidigt afmagt. ”jeg kan ikke gรธre noget” – andre mรฅ tage ansvaret. Hรฅbet er det sidste, som er tilbage.
Send glรฆde ud for de ting som du ”ikke” รธnsker og de ting som du รธnsker, skal komme.  Et given eksempel ville vรฆre : Jeg glรฆder mig til at betale de regninger som kommer min vej. Med et, har du sluppet frygten og den negative virkning det er at betale noget man ikke รธnsker sig.

Efter at have set TV2’s DOX programserie ” Med bรธrnene som vรฅben ” den 13. Maj 2014, har udsendelsen ramt mig lige solar plexus. Mit indlรฆg er blot min fortรฆlling og kan bruges som stof til eftertanke, omkring at bruge bรธrn som vรฅben i skilsmissesager eller lignede, som et af de mest brugte motiver – nemlig hรฆvn. Fra en neutral vinkel ( eller rettere min vinkel), at vise hvordan visse menneskeskรฆbner forandrer sig fra en normal personlighed / psyke til den skyggeside – min fortolkning er vel ” skyggesider er egenskaber eller fรธlelser vi ikke vil stรฅ ved”. Alt sammen er igen noget jeg har erfaring og oplevet pรฅ min egen krop og sjรฆl, men ikke nรธdvendigvis selv besidder en dybere PhD for at gรธre mig klog pรฅ menneskers psyke. Har tรฆnkt meget over det, er dog fristet til at bruge fornavne i mit indlรฆg, da denne anonymitet og forkortelser minder mig om en den tid, hvor skrivelser fra og til Statsforvaltningen var hverdag. 

Min historie er ikke ment for at skyde med skarp, negligere mit eget ansvar og hรฆve mig op over nogen, vil dog retfรฆrdiggรธre tingenes tilstand og kompleksitet. Kommunikation er sรฅ hamrende svรฆrt, isรฆr nรฅr der eksistere fรธlelser som er uafklaret.

Jeg er overbevist om, at der grundlรฆggende ikke er noget ondt skabt i mennesker. Har dog en opfattelse af, nรฅr noget gรฅr galt sรฅ som traumatiske begivenheder, noget utรฆnkeligt, fรธlelsesmรฆssigt utilsigtet hรฆndelser, eller hvad det nu kan vรฆre som gรธr vi indรฆdt fรธler vi skal kรฆmpe imod eller forsvare os, dukker der en skyggeside frem i os alle.. (Dog kan skyggesider bรฅde vรฆre negative eller positive og nรฅr vi integrerer dem, vil det altid give os en fรธlelse af at blive mere os selv)  
Positive sider af en negativ radikal รฆndring af vores liv, sรฅ som at miste eller blive komplet separeret med ens barn af kรธd og blod, er vi stรฅr stรฆrkere pรฅ den anden side, hvis man er i stand til at forstรฅ sammenhรฆngen og acceptere tingenes tilstand. European markets opened significantly lower on Friday, ignoring all the stimulus pledges by governments this week, as the deadly Covid-19 pandemic continues to spread.

Britain’s FTSE 100 is plummeting more than three percent during early trading in London. Stock markets in Germany and France are down over two percent.

The market fall comes as EU leaders fail to come to an agreement over the economic response to the coronavirus pandemic. During a video conference summit on Thursday, the leaders of the 27-member bloc argued over how to pull their economies through the crisis, with Italy accusing other member states of having a timid response to the unprecedented economic shock.
The overall number of deaths in Europe due to coronavirus has exceeded 14,000 since the first recorded fatality in France on February 15. The majority of deaths have occurred in Italy, with 8,215. March 26 was the deadliest day so far in Europe, with 1,918 virus-related deaths recorded in 26 different European countries.
