Government data shows that the U.S. is being bombarded with Fukushima radiation 1,000 times higher than normal.

In the months following the 2011 meltdowns at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, residents of Los Angeles were being exposed to levels of dangerous alpha radiation nearly 1,000 times above normal levels, a government study found.

The data came from a July 2012 presentation at the National Conference on Radiation Control. The presentation was given by Joji Ortego, Principal Radiation Protection Specialist for Los Angeles County Radiation Management.

Since NESARA has been mentioned several times recently and is the destination that the Reval is headed towards, please allow me to give a short summary of what it comprises.

This summary was written in 2010. Some details may have changed but the overall intent and structure appears to remain the same.

The acronym NESARA stands for “National Economic Security and Reformation Act.” The Act was passed by the American Congress in the year 2000 and never proclaimed, for reasons we will touch upon shortly.

As a program, NESARA can be viewed from several perspectives.

As a spiritually-directed financial program, it traces back to the work of St.Germain and three other ascended masters. That work began in the Fifteenth Century and was designed to provide a new economic system for the world during the present time of transition.

Sheldan Nidle’s Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation describe the masters’ work and its development over the centuries. I cite that passage at length:

“This time will … be heralded by an infusion of great abundance. This prosperity will be due largely to the endurance of our Earthly Allies and the brilliant strategies set in motion, many centuries ago, by the Ascended Masters Count St Germain, Master Hilarion, Seraphis Bey and Saint Paul the Venetian.

“These Holy Beings were able to bring to this realm a financial and monetary plan whose secret purpose is to enable great abundance to rain down at the appropriate time. Financial power struggle intensifies as IMF head criminally charged immediately after IMF announces reforms

The International Monetary Fund last week made a big push to position its SDR currency as a replacement for the US dollar. The US Congress finally (after 5 years foot-dragging) approved IMF voting reform, diluting G7 power, after which the organization announced it was doubling its money to 477 billion SDR (US$660 billion) from 238 billion SDR (about $330 billion).

Somebody apparently was not pleased because, immediately after this announcement, French police pressed criminal charges against IMF head Christine Lagarde.

The last IMF head, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, was arrested on trumped up rape charges and dismissed from office when he tried to push the SDR as a US dollar replacement. The CIA was behind that operation, according to CIA sources. Let us see if Lagarde does any better.

Another sign the US dollar and the people who control it are involved in high level financial warfare was the rate hike announced by the US Federal Reserve Board last week. The official reason for the rate hike, a strong US economy, was a bold faced lie as all real economic indicators show the US economy remains in a tailspin. Furthermore, this rate hike will have the effect of taking money from small banks who lend to real businesses to the big banks who control the Fed and whose main business is gambling. The real reason for this rate hike was to protect the no-longer American US Dollar, not the US economy. In any case, the rate hike was a failure in that the dollar fell instead of rising. Long term interest rates also fell, meaning the market expects deflation and not the supposed inflation the rate hike was supposed to stop.

The US government finally agreeing to dilute its power at the IMF while the Fed raises interest rates are probably connected to US corporate government efforts to stave off bankruptcy. In other words, as a condition for additional funding, the US was forced to hand over de facto control of the IMF and pay more interest to foreigners who own US dollars.

The fact the US sent B52 bombers over Chinese territory last week was also almost certainly connected to high level, secret, negotiations to keep the US corporate government afloat. Essentially, the Americans were yet again using their nuclear war card to try to get a better deal.

Another sign something fundamental has changed is the fact the US government has done a 180 degree about turn in its policy towards Syria last week by supporting a UN resolution that does not call for the ouster of Syrian President Bashar Assad.

The US and Israel, until now often condemned at the UN by the rest of the world, have shown signs of regime change by voting for................

IMF chief Lagarde to face negligence trial in France - Dec 21, 2015 CET

International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde is to stand trial in France for negligence over a €400 million payment to a businessman in 2007. At the time she headed the Ministry of Finance.

Lagarde has been accused of “negligence by a person in a position of public authority.”

Bernard Tapie, a former owner of Marseilles football club was awarded €400 million compensation in a lawsuit against the French bank Credit Lyonnais, which he accused of undervaluing his stake in sportswear multinational Adidas. Lagarde, who was President Sarkozy’s finance minister at the time, sent the case to arbitration and ratified the payout.

“Ms. Lagarde would like to reaffirm that she acted in the best interest of the French state and in full compliance with the law,” said a statement from the IMF.

French investigators have been looking into whether Tapie was offered a deal in return for supporting Sarkozy in the 2007 presidential election and whether Lagarde was acting on his orders.

“A decision like this is incomprehensible. I sent her a text, she was really surprised and very disappointed,” her lawyer Yves Repiquet told Reuters.

The French businessman and politician Bernard Tapie was a key shareholder in Adidas. When he needed cash in 1993, he began to look for buyers of his stake, Spiegel reported. Tapie sold his share to Credit Lyonnais for two billion francs. A few months later, the bank, which then belonged to the state, resold the assets to businessman Robert Louis-Dreyfus for twice the price. Tapie accused Credit Lyonnais of fraud and demanded compensation for lost profits, which was eventually paid out in 2007.

In 2007, Finance Minister Christine Lagarde intervened in the process and appointed a special committee to resolve the issue. The committee eventually ruled in favor of Tapie and decided to pay him about €400 million.

At the end of June 2013, Credit Lyonnais filed a complaint against the arbitration decision. A court then ordered Tapie to return the €400 million, this went to appeal and in December 2015 this was rejected. Source: RT News and 369news

Vi ved sikkert godt alle sammen, at selv søndagsavisen er en del af "systemet' ellers ville de blive tvunget til at lukke og slukke. Herhjemme har vi nemlig et selvbestaltet Vogternes Råd, som har påtaget sig at dømme, hvad der er moralsk ude eller inde i den offentlige debat (magtfulde interessegrupper, Sociale Medier, Politikere, chefredaktørerne, ombudsmanden og pressenævnet m.fl.) Disse fremskudte placeringer som aggressive pitbulls på det hold, der har påtaget sig at diktere, hvad anstændige mennesker bør mene og gøre. Men midt i strømmen af ensartet danske nyheder fra alle avismedier med et konstant flow af 'fearmongering' artikler, så om: krige, terror, flytningeproblematikken, frygt, ISIS, politikere pinagtigheder, er det ligefrem en enorm befrielse, at 'hygge' sig med Søndagsavisen. Har en formodning om, at søndagsavisen, som så mange andre medier, henter navngivne kilder fra 'systemet', til at støtte op om troværdigheden på deres mange udgivelser. Dog, har journalisterne været meget dygtige til, at finde emner og 'bore' sig ned til essensen af læsernes interesseområde, stille de kritiske spørgsmål, for modtageren af den bredde målgruppe tilfredsstilles, ikke kun børnefamilierne. Et eller andet sted er søndagsavisen et 'Politisk korrekt' medie, men spørgsmålet er, om de også fremstilles som en alternativ åbenbaring til 'folket' som booster vores egen selvopfattelse af tingenes tilstand, der giver mening, med integritet, god pli og moral?... Det må være op til læserne selv....men det går i den rigtige retning.

Washington (CNN)A major breach at computer network company Juniper Networks has U.S. officials worried that hackers working for a foreign government were able to spy on the encrypted communications of the U.S. government and private companies for the past three years.

The FBI is investigating the breach, which involved hackers installing a back door on computer equipment, U.S. officials told CNN. Juniper disclosed the issue Thursday along with an emergency security patch that it urged customers to use to update their systems "with the highest priority."

The concern, U.S. officials said, is that sophisticated hackers who compromised the equipment could use their access to get into any company or government agency that used it.

One U.S. official described it as akin to "stealing a master key to get into any government building."

The breach is believed to be the work of a foreign government, U.S. officials said, because of the sophistication involved. The U.S. officials said they are certain U.S. spy agencies themselves aren't behind the back door. China and Russia are among the top suspected governments, though officials cautioned the investigation hasn't reached conclusions.

One of the major tool of the Earth prison system has been to manipulate people to get their free will agreement on their own enslavement. This can be easily seen with mass media manipulations, however there is a deeper and more important layer to this, which is all the contracts that have been signed by the people over the many thousands of years in the Earth prison system.

When we die, we dot not automatically ascend, have all our issues solved magically, merge with our Soul/Spirit, and get out of the Earth prison. What happens instead is we cross over to the the density above us. Densities are states of matter, the most dense being solid matter, then liquid, then gas, then plasma, etheric, astral, etc, as shown in the graphic below :

In this graphic, you see 7 major planes, each divided into 7 sub-planes. The physical world is only the 3 sub-planes at the very bottom of the graphic : 'dense, liquid and gaseous'. The dotted line above gaseous is the plasma plane. The 4 sub-planes above plasma are the Etheric plane. The 7 sub-planes above Etheric are the Astral plane.

It's important to understand that even when we are incarnated in a physical body, we still have plasma, etheric and astral bodies (and also all the planes above), connected to our physical body. There is always communication between the planes : something happening on the liquid plane can affect the solid plane, same with plasma, etheric, astral, etc.

The veil, the electro-magnetic fence surrounding planet Earth, exists on physical, plasma, etheric, astral and lower mental planes simultaneously. It has been blocking the vast majority of people from going in and out of the Earth. The Soul/Spirit itself is not trapped but its incarnations are.

The dotted line in the middle of the mental plane represents the end of the world based on 3 dimensions : depth height and length. All planes above that are pure fluid Love and Light where no disharmony, no darkness, no anomaly can ever exist, only pure Love and Light.

When we die, our consciousness is removed from the physical world ('dense liquid and gaseous') and moves up the planes to the etheric and astral. What happens then depends on the choices, circumstances and consciousness of the people.

Clearing of the Chimera group continues. Basiago, a childhood participant from 1968-72 in DARPA’s secret quantum access Tesla-technology time travel Project Pegasus, stated that U.S. President Barack H. Obama has been pre-identified by Project Pegasus as a future U.S. president.

Mr. Basiago confirmed that by the time he had personally met Mr. Obama in Los Angeles in 1982, Mr. Obama stated he knew he was going to be a future U.S. President. Mr. Obama, a student at Columbia University, was then visiting former classmates from Occidental College in Los Angeles.

Mr. Basiago has described how as a child serving in Project Pegasus in the early 1970’s, he was present at lunches held at La Hacienda restaurant in Old Town Albuquerque, NM that were attended by project principals and future American presidents, including George Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush, shortly after they were informed that Project Pegasus had found via quantum access that they would one day serve as President.

Mr. Basiago revealed that Project Pegasus was able to identify Jimmy Carter, who was then Governor of George, in 1971, as a future U.S. President. The program was in possession of a copy of the Universe Books edition of Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe by Alfred Lambremont Webre, a book that this reporter would not write until 2005, but which bears a quote on its front pages of a statement made by President Jimmy Carter.

In the illusion moods occur in your subjective experiences that flow like the weather. Sometimes that emotional or experiential "weather" stays dull for long periods. Some have referred to it as “the dark night of the soul,” meaning a time when they are feeling very down and seemingly unable to connect with their spiritual side, their oneness with Source. That is depressing to experience, but it is a time in which great and important spiritual work is being undertaken beneath the level of your conscious human awareness, and when you come through it, as you will, it is as though a great burden had been lifted from you, and enthusiasm for life once more bubbles into your consciousness, and your inner knowing that you are an indispensable and infinitely loved aspect of God comes back into your awareness.

What is GcMAF?

Lord Saatchi’s Bill is now moving through Parliament
The medical laws have been changed over the last 40 years so that all the brilliant breakthroughs in cancer are denied to the British public.
Lord Maurice Saatchi had to watch his wife die, while his doctor told him the only thing he was allowed to prescribe her was chemotherapy, which would shorten her life.

Bad law kills, and Britain has the worst medical laws in Europe. The 1939 Cancer Act makes it illegal to discuss the possibility cancer can be cured, which is partly why 160,000 people die unnecessarily of cancer in Britain every year. Science and treatments are decades ahead of where the medical industry is today. The MHRA’s job is to get life saving treatments like GcMAF out to people as quickly as possible. Instead they block them to protect billion dollar Big Pharma monopolies, who also fund the MHRA. Space Breaking News: Secret NRO Space Stations to be Revealed in Limited Disclosure Plan - Dec 20, 2015 (Besides all the SSP, Solar Warden and cover-up, NRO Mission History from wikipedia shows: In what the government described as a "bizarre coincidence", the NRO was planning an exercise on September 11, 2001, involving an accidental aircraft "crash" into one of its buildings...)

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) controls cloaked space stations in near Earth orbit that use technologies as much as 50 years ahead of what is found on the International Space Station, according to secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode. There are plans to publicly announce the existence of these large orbiting space stations as part of limited disclosure scenario to hide the existence of even more advanced space programs that Goode and other whistleblowers claim to have directly participated in.

In the most recent episode of Cosmic Disclosure, Goode reveals what he learned about the NRO’s involvement in running classified space stations that conduct surveillance of both the Earth and the Solar System.

The NRO was recently in the news with its declassification of its involvement in an attempt to set up a manned space station for espionage purposes in 1963. The Manned Orbiting Laboratory, which was to use a Gemini space capsule and a secret corps of military astronauts, would have housed NRO spying equipment.

The U.S. Air Force (USAF) was ostensibly in charge of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory program, but it was really run by the NRO which had been officially created in September 1961 due to an unsuccessful USAF satellite program. From its inception, the NRO’s purpose was to conduct high altitude and near Earth orbit surveillance. The USAF/NRO claimed that the Manned Orbiting Laboratory was cancelled in 1969 because unmanned satellites were far cheaper.

In contrast, the Soviet Union decided to merge plans for military space stations dedicated to espionage with its civilian space program. It placed the first manned station in space with Salyut 1 in 1971. The U.S. would follow soon after with Skylab in 1973; a civilian NASA program, which officially was the first manned U.S. space station according to conventional historians.

Skylab ran until 1979 and was dedicated to scientific research. The world was left believing that the NRO and U.S. military relied solely on spy satellites for conducting surveillance from near Earth orbit.

The U.S. Space Shuttle program began in 1981, and conducted a variety of low Earth orbit missions such as placing satellites in space. From 1979, up until the arrival of the first U.S. astronauts at the International Space Station in 2000, the U.S. did not have a manned station in space according to the official public record. Yet, a passage in the diaries of President Ronald Reagan indicated that there was indeed a permanent U.S. presence in near Earth orbit.

On June 11, 1985, Reagan wrote:

Lunch with 5 top space scientists. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people [p.334].

NASA’s Space Shuttle program at the time held a maximum of eleven people per shuttle, and only five were built for space flight. Even if all five took off fully loaded, it would be impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Reagan had publicly revealed that the U.S. had a secret fleet of military spacecraft that could send up to 300 people to one or more secret space stations in near Earth orbit.

Reagan’s admission is striking evidence that the NRO and USAF had secretly gone ahead in building permanent manned platforms in space that could conduct intelligence gathering and other military tasks. While the public was notified about the cancellation of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory in 1969, it was not informed that the NRO and USAF had secretly gone ahead with plans for a replacement program.

Denmark has defended its plans to strip refugees of their valuables, including cash and jewelry, and to make them pay for their stay in asylum centers. Authorities say the rules apply for all people in Denmark, whether residents or refugees.

"I can see that some foreign media are pouring scorn over [the fact] that we in the future may withdraw asylum seekers' valuables and demand that they should pay for their stay in asylum centers themselves," Integration Minister Inger Stojberg wrote on her Facebook page.

She insisted that Denmark has rules that apply to everyone, “no matter whether you have lived in Denmark throughout your life, or if you just arrived here.”

"There is no reason for criticism, since if Danes have valuables that cost over 10,000 kroner ($1,450) they are required to sell them before they can apply for unemployment benefit.”

Earlier in December, the Danish government presented a bill that included a number of different issues on asylum policy, including one on seizing valuable assets.

On Friday, Congress passed a $1.15 trillion omnibus spending package to continue funding the federal government, which included an already defeated, and extremely controversial cyber security bill, that was inserted into the spending package as a means of assuring its passage.
In spite of this massive revelation and horrific blow to privacy, the mainstream media remains mum. While many outlets are covering the passage of the spending bill, they are completely omitting anything about CISA.

The New York Times, for example, broke the story Friday morning about Congress passing the omnibus measure. However, they conveniently left out any mention of CISA.
Aside from the tech sites who know about the dangers of this measure, the entire realm of mainstream media is choosing to remain silent.

The Cyber Information Sharing Act (CISA), quietly pushed back in 2014 before being shut down by civil rights and privacy advocates, was added into the Omnibus Appropriations Bill by House Speaker Paul Ryan as a means circumventing rampant opposition to the anti-privacy legislation.
The CISA legislation, which Rep. Justin Amash called “the worst anti-privacy legislation since the USA PATRIOT Act,” has now been passed by Congress and will be signed into law by President Obama as part of the government spending package.

Advocates of the CISA provisions say their aim is to help prevent cyber threats, but critics say that the legislation essentially gives corporations legal immunity when sharing consumers’ private data about hacks and digital breaches with the Department of Homeland Security.

According to a report by Wired:

It creates the ability for the president to set up “portals” for agencies like the FBI and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, so that companies hand information directly to law enforcement and intelligence agencies instead of to the Department of Homeland Security. And it also changes when information shared for cybersecurity reasons can be used for law enforcement investigations. The earlier bill had only allowed that backchannel use of the data for law enforcement in cases of “imminent threats,” while the new bill requires just a “specific threat,” potentially allowing the search of the data for any specific terms regardless of timeliness.
