Last night was our Galactic Sisters Gathering. We discussed Sheldan's video, The Shifts are Coming .. Are You Ready?

We enjoyed a lively conversation. I told them about how we are currently in a duality reality which is why we have a bi-polar system. Recently news reported that the North magnet field is migrating southward and the South magnet field seems to be stationary. We are NOT headed for a polar flip which admittedly has happened before in Earth's recorded history. We are here to experience and assist Gaia (and all her people) in a dimensional shift (from 3D to Earth's original 5D Being). Gaia will be going back to being a mono-polar planet. This is when the northern magnetic field is on the outside of the planet and the southern magnetic field migrates inward creating a mono-polar planet supporting Oneness. We will be going from duality (bi-polar) to Unity consciousness (mono-polar). Makes sense and easy to explain to people.

We also talked about our new 13 chakra system coming on line and specifically the head chakra system. Here's the explanation taken from Sheldan's book, Your First Contact (chapter: The New You).

The eighth chakra (Well of Dreams’ center) is currently vestigial and is found in the area of the occipital lobe (at the base and back of the head) directly above the neck. Individuals, particularly those with psychic abilities, commonly get headaches from information ‘bottlenecking’ that create discomfort in this region. I agree wholeheartedly with George S. McGovern, a former Senator and presidential candidate who opposed the Vietnam War, about one thing: I’m sick of old men dreaming up wars for young men to die in.

It’s time to bring our troops home.

There was a rise in the number of North Americans who looked up into the sky in 2019 and found something that didn’t look like a bird or a plane.

The National UFO Reporting Center, which tracks calls and messages from people around the U.S. and Canada about strange sightings in the sky, reported that it received 5,971 sightings in 2019 -- a jump from 3,395 in 2018.

Peter Davenport, who runs the independent organization that's based in Davenport, Washington, said he couldn’t explain why more people called about seeing flashing white lights, fireballs, disc-shaped objects or other oddities in 2019.

"One of the mysteries of ufology is there is a fluctuation in the number of reports over the years," he told ABC News in a phone interview. "Some years it’s been low, but it’s gotten higher recently." (READ MORE)

Parents who wish to eliminate AFCs from their children’s diets face a challenge, as the current research found that about 4 in 10 packaged items in grocery store products marketed to children contain at least one AFC. Moreover, in some food categories almost all of the products contain AFCs, making it difficult for families to purchase those products without AFCs. Clinicians can educate parents about reading ingredient lists and avoiding certain products or categories, at least until companies implement policies to limit marketing of products containing AFCs. More effective, however, would be for the government to eliminate AFCs from all foods or, at the very least, require a warning notice on packages.

Celebrity wellness hype contributes to our “culture of untruth” by both inviting an erosion of critical thinking and promoting what is popular rather than what is true.


In 2010, Gwyneth Paltrow’s wellness brand, Goop, was just starting to get its goop-y mojo rolling. Tom Brady’s lifestyle company, TB12, wasn’t around, so we had no way of learning about bogus fitness concepts like muscle pliability. And Jessica Alba’s The Honest Company, a fearmongering and pseudoscience-based business that is currently worth over a billion dollars, was still one year away from inception.

But what a difference 10 years has made. Now all of these companies are thriving and many other celebrities, including Victoria Beckham and Kate Hudson, have started similar wellness brands.

But it is hard to deny that things are qualitatively different now. This has been the decade of misinformation. And, in the context of health, celebrities have led the charge.

Branden, var efter alt at dømme opstået i en el-bil og at, Norge, der er kendt som verdens førende elbil-nation, hvor særligt den amerikanske Tesla, er et hit på de norske veje. Forsikringsselskabet Gjensidige Skadeforsikrings kommunikationschef sagde tirsdag aften i et interview hos norske TV 2, at de mange ladestandere i for eksempel p-huse er til gene, fordi brandbilerne ikke kan komme forbi, hvis der skulle opstå brand... men, men, nu har man skyndt sig at ændre forklaring, så nu hedder det sig, at en ældre dieselbil, var årsagen til den voldsomme brand... Hele problemet er at hvem skal betale? Infrastrukturen til elbiler mangler og i 2020 og fremadrettet, bliver registreringsafgiften for elbiler på 20 procent (tidligere 40%).
