Editor's Note: The best way SoTW can describe it, is when W.C.K.D. (World Catastrophe Killzone Department) are torturing kids to make a "Cure for the Flare" (The Death Cure) in the 'Maze Runner' movies extracting enzymes. When the kids think they're hunting down by those spider things (Grievers) they are so terrified and produce adrenaline the drug that the elites uses as a party drug. And of course, once infected with the Flare, the victim adopts extremely aggressive, violent and savage behavior. They become (Cranks) are zombified and skeletal-looking humans (Elites tried that already to make HUmans into Zombies).
Btw, if you don't know, or wish to know, what Adrenochrome (The Alien Agenda 2029 - organ/ blood harvesting) is all about, it's a psychedelic drug (LSD). What exactly is adrenochrome? In scientific terms, it is a chemical that is produced in the human body when adrenaline (epinephrine) oxidizes.
How is the chemical extracted? A potential victim is terrorized, thus increasing the amount of adrenaline that is flowing through their body. They are then killed and the adrenochrome is collected with a needle and syringe from the base of the back of their neck and spinal column. Once collected, the chemical can be sold on the black market at exorbitant prices.
