Rumors suggest the National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators (NCSWIC) of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is a direct reference to [Cue]Anon.
Also, the assistant director of the CISA recently resigned which may indicate that he was compromised.
