Breathe in. Feel the air moving through your nose.
Exhale generously, imagine that you can see the air moving a few feet in front of you.
Repeat for one-five minutes.
Bring the intention of gentleness to your slow inhalation.
Extend well wishes to others on your slow exhalation.
Just focus on your breathing.
