Yes, it might be that "business oligarchs", will create a new gas crisis, by adding a "substance" that will eventually make your car engine less efficient, because when Free Energy products and 6000 patents will be released - all hell will break loose for the so-called "oligarchs" (gas and electricity suppliers). That is why the prices are exploding at the moment (my personally take on the matter at hand)... We will survive that too...
