June 2020 Spiritual Insights
Eclipses are the most powerful predictive events we have as astrologers. This eclipse is extremely eventful. The connection of the planets with fixed stars is profound and indicates huge events that are about to unfold.
When I gave my predictions for 2020 last October 2019, I opened with the statement I knew was relative for this year by saying, “We will see things happening this year we have never seen before.” This was alluding to the combinations of so many astrological events. The month of June sets the tone of what is about to unfold.
There is a solar eclipse on June 21, 2020. Interestingly the solar eclipse that occurred in June 2001 set the stage for 9/11 which occurred on June 21st as well. But the saving grace here is that Rahu has already crossed this degree. In June of 2001, Rahu was in front of the eclipse and was still due to cross the degree. Rahu now in 2020 is moving away of the eclipse degree (remember the nodes move backwards). So, I believe we are moving away from the devastation that has already occurred.
There are other variables occurring this month: Mercury is retrograde and Pluto and Jupiter are traveling together retrograde exactly conjunct on the first degree of Capricorn and the last degree of Sagittarius. This is very meaningful because Jupiter with Pluto together represents the extremes of power. In Capricorn, it represents government and in Sagittarius is about extremes in beliefs.
The degrees of the planets with eclipses and planetary stations are very telling as to what we can see coming due to their alignment with the fixed stars. The eclipse is conjunct Betelgeuse, Mars will be squaring this degree, and is conjunct the fixed star Scheat. Both these stars indicate treacherous events with sorrow.
I still strongly believe that the coronavirus is on its way out, but not without a backlash in June and July as Mercury is retrograde from June 18 - July 12. It will begin to turn retrograde at 20 degrees of Gemini conjunct the fixed star Sirius, which I have found pertains to disease. Also, Mercury rules the lungs and, therefore, respiratory disease. Mercury also rules air travel which may indicate cancelations and problems with travel.
Considering the transit of Jupiter with Pluto as they join forces moving retrograde, they will exactly conjunct on June 30th at 29 degrees Sagittarius. This is a huge indication of a major transformation that is about to unfold. There is something concerning war that is about to explode. Mars will be in Pisces June 18 – August 16, but will return to Pisces as it retrogrades into Pisces on October 4 - December 24. This portion of the zodiac is stressed due to the fact that it is the 4th house of the U.S. chart representing the homeland, which means possible attacks. Looking at President Trump’s chart it will be in the most difficult 8th house of endings. This indicates something very problematic occurring concerning the United States.
As transiting Mars first enters Pisces on June 18, it is square with the U.S. natal Mars and it will also be at the midpoint of Rahu and Ketu on June 26 – 28. This indicates earth changes and earthquakes.
The most telling aspect that concerns this month is the conjunction of Mars with Neptune. Neptune pertains to secrets, illusions, and scandals. As Mars conjoins Neptune, it will activate all the underlying secrets and deception. At the same time, this will unleash many conspiracy theories that most will believe is the absolute truth. Until the facts are shown, don’t let this powerful energy consume you. Realize many people will believe whatever they want to believe even when given the facts. Neptune with Mars will surface many unbelievable scandals, some truthful and some lies. Neptune is deceptive!
There are some fairly grim events occurring in June and actually through to the end of the year. However, in September, Rahu transits into Taurus and Ketu into Scorpio bringing a much-needed relief from the coronavirus. A turning point will be occurring with much needed healing at this time. They will transit in Taurus and Scorpio from September 19, 2020 - March 15, 2022.
It appears humanity is not about to wake up during these times even though there is a great awakening occurring. With the political war raging on, there will be more and more hate and violence surfacing. I believe some conspiracy theories are another device to control and confuse the masses. So many people will latch onto these conspiracies believing they are the truth. Please understand it is a known fact that China and Russia are circulating some of these conspiracies especially in the U.S. to persuade and confuse the masses.
This is a time of truth surfacing out of the darkness. Some of these conspiracies are based on truth, but some are not. During these difficult times, remember Vedic astrology called Jyotish which translates to the Science of Light. This world is composed of light and dark forces that are always in opposition. Why do so many people want to believe dire and negative conspiracies stating the world is out to destroy us? I believe the truth will surface and come to light, but we must believe in the good and light.
At this point, there are two sides of politics: the Democrats and the Republicans. Many will see them as darkness and light or the forces of good and evil. Each side will call the opposing side as evil and their side as good, and will say anything to defend their righteousness. This is mounting into a civil war that will destroy democracy. Conspiracy theories are built around these beliefs and emotions.
As a Vedic Astrologer, I want to shed light on what we are to do now as light workers on this planet. Realize that the law of attraction is the law of the Universe (cause and effect) and what your mind dwells on, you will attract in your life. The world is merely a reflection of your thoughts and beliefs. This is a fact and I have most definitely experienced the use of this Divine law.
If you are attaching yourself to constant fear and hate being generated by the media, you will begin to experience grave and terrible things in your life. If you choose to concentrate on the good, this is what will be reflected in your life. Gravitate to the light and not the dark. There is always this choice.
I am not blind to the ugly, dark side of life, but I choose to align with the good and light side of life. I make predictions as I see the planet’s cycles and they do not look pretty now, but knowing this I can avoid the ugliness. The power of love always overpowers the darkness. We have to use this information to change our lives for the better. The conjunction of Jupiter with Pluto in Sagittarius will create powerful over-the-top fanatical beliefs. To participate in the spiritual transformation of consciousness that Jupiter, Pluto, and Ketu in Sagittarius will bring, we have to be supporters of the light and not the dark.
Spreading hateful conspiracy theories is not helping the world’s consciousness grow; it is destroying the positive mood and mindset that helps heal the world. The great gurus Paramahansa Yogananda and his guru Vedic astrologer Swami Sri Yukteswar both spoke of the powers of good and evil being in a constant battle over the world. They said we must stay focused on the light and not be consumed with all the negativity of the darkness in the world. They teach that difficult times give us opportunities for spiritual growth.
Negative conspiracy theories are lowering your energy. Regardless of what is truth or fiction in these conspiracies, they will depress you, lower your immune system, and begin to attract more negativity to your life. We must keep our energy high to be able to help the world progress out of this difficult time.
I refuse to believe that the entire world is controlled by evil that is trying to destroy us, and if they are, I do not allow their power to influence my life. I choose to see the world as beautiful and loving, and consequently, I have attracted so many loving and caring people reflecting this back to me. When times are tough, I choose to discover what lessons I am to learn and grow spiritually through it all. This is our purpose! This is why I live in the Science of Light because we can help others choose the light and follow their purpose.
Remember, you have a choice to look to the light or the dark. The extremes of life will be more intense over the next six months and the intensity is ramping up now.
As I predict events based on the planets, this is my reality check. There will be a lot of negativity and darkness projected. This is how the negative powers control the world by using fear and anger. It is time to take this awareness to the next level and not let it destroy our lives and, most importantly, better understand how we can help others see the light.
June Predictions
June 03: Sun conjunct Venus 19 degrees Taurus
On this day, Venus is Cazimi, meaning exactly conjunct the Sun. This means the Sun exudes the graces and beauty of Venus. When Venus is close to the Sun but not at the same degree, it is combust with the Sun. Venus’ powers are a bit burnt or weakened. As Venus travels close to the Sun and is retrograde, we are tested in the area of our relationships. Unresolved issues in relationships surface and need to be addressed and healed during this time.
June 05: Full Moon 21 degrees Scorpio
The full Moon in Scorpio will be an emotional time; it will shed light on the issues dealing with money and the economy. Since the Moon is debilitated in Scorpio, many are feeling the effects of lost jobs. The water sign Scorpio brings compassion and devotion.
June 06: Mars square the Sun 22 degrees Aquarius /Taurus
Mars and Sun in hard aspect in the fixed signs of Taurus and Aquarius generates strict stubborn attitudes that cause upsets in the world. Anger and frustration are building as many are becoming angry with the government.
June 11: Sun square Neptune 26 Taurus/Aquarius
The Sun is the light and leadership in the world, and during this time, the powers that control the world are in trouble. They don’t have a definite agenda and the people feel authority is unclear with no definite direction. People are becoming disillusioned and confused.
June 13: Mars conjunct Neptune 26 degrees Aquarius
Mars activates the deceptive power of Neptune resulting in the uncovering of secrets and scandals of many politicians and famous individuals. Furthermore, your own secrets can surface now to be resolved. The truth can set you free. Lies will control lives with underlying guilt and fear. The price of oil and gas will rise because Neptune rules oil and gas. This will have repercussions on the price of shipping causing more problems with the economy.
June 18: Mars enters Pisces
As Mars transits through Pisces, more storms and severe weather begin to brew as hurricane season opens. While Mars is in Pisces, emotions will begin to intensify with fanatical beliefs. Mars will be traveling around the midpoint of Rahu and Ketu activating the eclipse even more. This will disturb the peace around the world. Anger begins and the masses look to blame the economic crises and coronavirus on leaders and countries. Everyone is looking to blame someone. As emotions mount, the earth begins to shake causing earthquakes and the start of riots.
June 18: Mercury Retrograde 20 degrees Gemini
This Mercury retrograde will be very intense because it is conjunct the eclipse. As Mercury is in Gemini, it gains strength and power. In air signs, it rules all communications and travel which means these areas will seem to go haywire. This is not a good time to be traveling as there is a chance you may become stuck or unable to reach your destination. Computers and technology become a problem affecting all businesses, especially airlines. There may even be danger with all forms of travel.
Mercury stations at 20 degrees Gemini conjunct the very powerful star Sirius indicating an intense Mercury retrograde. Problems with diseases concerning the lungs, such as coronavirus can be on a comeback. There will be problems with shipping and sending items, and the costs will escalate perhaps because fuel prices will begin to increase.
June 21: Solar Eclipse 6 degrees Gemini
This eclipse in Gemini will surface many truths concerning the coronavirus, and the chart for China and their leader are tied up with this eclipse. President Xi Jinping of China
has four planets in Gemini in his 12th house (Uranus, Mercury, Mars, and Sun) and the eclipse will directly hit his natal Mars. This is a very difficult time for China as the truth will surface. Trade wars will hit China hard. This will raise tensions around the world.
June 19: Sun conjunct Rahu 4 degrees Gemini
The Sun is eclipsed by Rahu indicating the loss of power for political leaders around the world. This particularly affects President Trump. This eclipse is conjunct Betelgeuse which can be a very treacherous star. Furthermore, as transiting Mars is in Pisces, it will be in Trump’s 8th house indicating a very difficult time for him. This can be indicative of the problems for the economy in the U.S. He must be watchful of his own health and safety. This is a dangerous period for all world leaders.
June 26: Mars square Rahu 4 degrees Pisces/Gemini
Mars is at the midpoint of Rahu and Ketu indicating severe problems for the world. There will be violence and earthquakes. Many new problems pertaining to social uprisings and threats of war will emerge at this time. Mars is conjunct the fixed star Scheat, which is the most violent and dangerous star indicating sadness and sorrow. Mars in Pisces increases floods and storms, plus the fixed star Scheat indicates extreme misfortune, murder, suicide, and drowning.
June 30: Jupiter enters Sagittarius and Jupiter conjunct Pluto 29 degrees Sagittarius
This will intensify all world events! Jupiter conjunct Pluto indicates major power and extremes surfacing around the world. This can even indicate nuclear energy. This could be the beginning of war. Hopefully it will be mainly economic, but this is such an intense energy it may have more severe indications. Since Pluto rules atomic energy, it will be something with more dangerous effects. The fact that they come together at the last degree of Sagittarius, is truly meaningful. This sign is very powerful for Jupiter and indicates extreme righteousness, fundamentalism, and fanatical beliefs. This will bring up issues from the past since they are both retrograde. While Mars is in Pisces, Jupiter becomes a trigger for Mars and fuels the fire all the more. Jupiter will be in Sagittarius until November 20th and intensifying more acts of terrorism around the world.
A very positive result of the Pluto, Jupiter and Ketu conjunction in Sagittarius indicates a profound global healing. This will come with new discoveries in health and healing. In 1889, Jupiter with Ketu in Sagittarius brought the discovery of electromagnetic energy, which has been used in many ways throughout time, including healing.
Rahu in Taurus and Ketu in Scorpio previously produced a major healing in the world. When Rahu was in Taurus and Ketu was in Scorpio (1929), the discovery of penicillin occurred, and the discovery of the first small pox vaccine (1798). With all these intensifying events around the eclipse, we cannot get caught up in the surrounding negativity. So, we must stay focused on the good in the world and spread love and light. It is up to the light workers to fight against the darkness surrounding this difficult time.
