Agung volcano, Indonesia

Volcanic activity continues at Agung volcano on the island of Bali with eruptions as well as gray, white, thick, medium pressure ash puffs reaching a height of about 500 to 2000 m above the summit and slope westward and eastward. At night, the glow of the incandescent lava in the crater of the volcano is observed.

Communities around G. Agung and mountaineers / visitors / tourists must not climb, climb or do any activity in the danger zone around the G. Agung crater area and in all areas within 8 km from the crater.

Cleveland volcano, Alaska:

An explosion was detected at Cleveland Volcano in seismic and infrasound data this morning 04:20 AKST (13:20 UTC). The explosion produced an eruption cloud that was observed in satellite data to an altitude of up to 20,000 ft asl and moving to the east.

AVO is raising the color code for Cleveland to Aviation Color Code ORANGE and Alert Level WATCH. No new activity has been observed at Cleveland Volcano since the explosion at 04:20 AKST (13:20 UTC) this morning.
Sakurajima volcano, Japan

An explosion at Showa Crater (at Aira Caldera’s Sakurajima volcano) occurred at 18:45 on 4 December and generated an ash plume that rose 1.4 km above the crater rim.

Norway started a push to decriminalize drug use this week, when the majority of its parliament moved to focus on treatment for addicted drug users instead of punishment.

“The majority in the parliament has asked the government to prepare for reform,” a spokesperson for the Norwegian legislature, the Storting, told Newsweek. “It has started a political process,” he said. But he cautioned that “it’s just the starting point,” and that there’s no legislation yet.

The majority wants to "stop punishing people who struggle, but instead give them help and treatment," Nicolas Wilkinson, the SV party’s health spokesman in the parliament, told the Norwegian publication VG. He said the effort will focus on treatment and follow-up programs. Members of parliament emphasized that they do not want to legalize drugs, but only to decriminalize.

"The change will take some time, but that means a changed vision: Those who have a substance abuse problem should be treated as ill, and not as criminals with classical sanctions such as fines and imprisonment," Sveinung Stensland, deputy chairman of the Storting Health Committee, told VG.

Some members of parliament are calling it a “historic transformation of Norwegian drug policy.” They hope to transfer responsibility for drug policy from the criminal justice system to health agencies.

It’s a big next step for the Scandinavian country, which has been dancing around the possibility of decriminalization for several years. In 2006, it started to test a program that would sentence drug users to treatment programs, rather than jail, in the cities Bergen and Oslo. In early 2016, the country gave Norwegian courts the option to do this on a national level.

“The goal is that more addicts will rid themselves of their drug dependency and fewer will return to crime,” Justice Minister Anders Anundsen said at the time. “But if the terms of the programme are violated, the convicts must serve an ordinary prison term.”

Recently, in March, Norwegian Minister of Health Bent Høie changed his position on the issue of decriminalization, saying that he believed in treatment over punishment, VG reported at the time. But the shift is not a unanimous one: Some members of parliament still believe decriminalization sends a signal to drug users that the offense is not a serious one...

This is the historic day when Lord James addressed the House of Lords in the UK and exposed the $15T fraud perpetrated by the Federal Reserve with the assistance of Homeland Security to create money out of thin air and transfer it to the account of Pureheheart Investments, LTD in Europe. At the time, the $15T represented roughly 150% of the total US debt. To the cabal this was just another criminal scheme, never letting a big number stop them from continuing to perpetrate fraud on the US taxpayers.

The UK government did nothing and the US government was even more silent on the issue. Obama, the Kenyan born Slacker-in-Chief was complicit in this fraud as was Congress and SCOTUS. Well, as the saying goes:

“The chickens WILL come home to ROOST”

As always, there is more to the story, much more. It involves the usual suspects: the New York Federal Reserve Board and the US Treasury complicit in a fraud of epic proportions.

In reality, the fraud began 6 years earlier when a Federal Reserve trading program contract was consummated with a private individual from Indonesia.

It was found in part 2 of this series that George Adamski was very likely ordered by the Pentagon to withhold important elements of his alleged 1952 extraterrestrial contact that suggested the existence of a German Secret Space Program in Antarctica. Understanding why Adamski would have been ordered to do this, requires understanding events that occurred over five years earlier in Antarctica.

In the Southern Hemisphere summer of 1946/1947 Admiral Richard Byrd led a large Naval task force to Antarctica during Operation Highjump with secret orders to flush out any Nazis that had established secret bases in the frozen continent. This was not the first time Byrd had been given secret orders to flush out Nazis hidden in Antarctica.

Seven years earlier, in mid-1939 Byrd had been commanded by President Franklin Roosevelt to lead a Naval expedition to Antarctica to determine whether Nazi bases in Antarctica violated the Monroe Doctrine. The New York Times reported on July 7, 1939:
President Roosevelt moved today to prevent possible extension of Germany’s claims to Antarctic areas into the Western Hemisphere by directing Real Admiral Richard E. Byrd to leave in October to territory within the sphere of influence of the Monroe Doctrine … it [is] apparent that this government was prepared to take the position, if necessary, that any attempts by foreign powers to establish bases west of the 180th meridian in the Antarctic would be considered an unfriendly act …
Byrd’s 1939/1940 expedition did not succeed in finding the German Antarctic bases, which were well hidden under the ice sheets.

Years later, during the Nuremburg War Crimes Trials, Admiral Donitz repeated his earlier wartime claims of having have used Germany’s submarine fleet to build “an invulnerable fortress, a paradise-like oasis in the middle of eternal ice.”

After the premature ending of Operation Highjump in February 1947, Byrd gave an interview in Chile on March 5 while traveling back to the U.S. where he spoke of an enemy that could fly from the South Pole region to attack the US:
Admiral Richard E Byrd warned today of the necessity for the United States to adopt protective measures against the possibility of an invasion of the country by hostile aircraft proceeding from the polar regions. The admiral said: ‘I do not want to scare anybody but the bitter reality is that in the event of a new war, the United States will be attacked by aircraft flying in from over one or both poles.’ ,
The overall context of Byrd’s interview suggested that the Germans had successfully weaponized their flying saucer craft and other advanced aerial vehicles to the extent that nothing possessed by the US Navy could match these in performance, weapons and range.

Indeed, only a few months after Byrd’s interview, the Kenneth Arnold UFO incident occurred in June 1947, where he witnessed fleets of flying wing shaped craft over the Cascade mountains of Oregon and Washington State.

Just days after a Weil Cornell cancer researcher was found dead, another medical professional who also worked at Weil Cornell was found on Sunday with a fatal knife wound in the torso, but near the heart. An official ruling may not be out yet on the cause of death but it is now being investigated as an apparent suicide

Dr. Dean Lorich was father to three girls and the associate director of the Orthopedic Trauma Service at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He was also a professor at Weill Cornell Medical College.

New York Daily News reports:
An acclaimed trauma surgeon was found dead, with a knife in his chest, by his 11-year-old daughter Sunday in his Park Ave. apartment, police said.
Investigators were treating the death of Dr. Dean Lorich as an apparent suicide, sources said.
“He was under some personal stress,” a police source said.
The surgeon was home with his daughter, police said, adding there were no signs of forced entry at the tony Upper East Side apartment at Park Ave. and E. 96th St.
Lorich’s wife was out at tennis when it happened and there was no suicide note. His daughter alerted the doorman for help who quickly called 911. The police responded as they would for an assault because of the description of the wounds, obviously.

However, they were swift to begin viewing the injuries as a suicide despite the oddity of them, and despite the fact they would have been inflicted by the hands of a medical professional who would be aware of all manner of injury.

Dr. Lorich has treated high profile celebrities like U2 frontman Bono in 2014 for a bicycling injury as well as numerous star athletes, firefighers and NYPD. He volunteered in Haiti for 2010 earthquake victims and worked as a professor at Weil Cornell where a cancer researcher was recently found dead, and it was swiftly considered a drug overdose.

An odd and recent report by NY Daily News emphasizes that he was embroiled in legal battles with ex-Giants running back, Michael Cox, who was litigating over an alleged botched treatment by Lorich that presumably caused a premature end to Cox’s career.

The whole situation is odd considering that the type of death would be an odd choice of self-injury and especially by that of an orthopedic trauma surgeon.
