Simple Ways To Prepare For New Energy:


Clean out clutter. Do a little each day...organize bit by bit. Don't hold on to things you know you don't really like or you won't use or wear- let it go.

Feel your feelings- let them come up. Sit with it... ask your Soul to guide you to move and transmute the energy through your body. Ask someone you feel connected to for help or support if needed.

How do feel about yourself? Be honest with yourself. Why do you feel the way you do? Stand in the mirror & give yourself a pep talk like you would do for someone else you love... learn it is not about societies view of perfection, its about your own growth, don't compare yourself to another.

Do you have any unfulfilled desires or goals? Write them down.

Pay attention where you hold tension in your body & practice breathing deeply while relaxing the area of the body throughout the day. (Example, I used to bite down/grind my teeth when stressed so I would make a conscious effort to relax my jaw throughout the day.)

Pay attention to your breath throughout the day, learn to breathe in & out fully.

Before bed ask yourself "what do I need to know right now?" And let it go, the answer will come when you least expect it.

Pay attention to patterns, reactions and responses that surface. And what you feel in that moment. How can you make adjustments to work through these patterns or reactions?

Take responsibility for what shows up daily in your life. All manifestation and see how you can learn from them. What concepts are you holding? Where do you need to improve within your own self- do you need to work on boundaries?

Are you in balance with giving & receiving? We receive what we give in thought, emotion, belief, assumption and deed.

Think about what are you being guiding to give each day... a smile, a good loving thought, etc..

Take a minute to pause & take a few deep breaths in and say "thank you" and appreciate yourself, others and life.

What are things you say you "need to do" but haven't done? Write them down and let it go.

Are you holding any resentment, envy, guilt, worry or do you need to forgive anyone? Write a detailed letter, burn it or send it (up to you) and let it go. Envy, resentment, worry repel the things you do want.

Celebrate others- be happy for another's growth & success.

Do something spontaneous, break up your routine or schedule.

Treat yourself- go for a walk, sit in the Sun, eat something good, read a book or watch your favorite movie.

Sit a few minutes each day and reflect on what changes you'd like to see manifest. Think about why you want these changes & how it will impact your life and the lives of others.

Write a detailed list of what you would like to manifest for each area of life.

If there are things you are worried about or overwhelmed with- write them down, then let it go mentally.

If you have children, a pet, family, friends, or a community you can connect with-- take a few minutes & connect.

Drink plenty of water, eat intuitively and nap or relax whenever you feel it is needed. (And dont feel guilt about it)

Try to stick to a sleep schedule.

Set the tone for sleep- go to bed a little bit earlier so you can relax the body & mind, meditate or use prayer.

Find time to cry if needed and find time to laugh & smile.

These are just some easy simple things we can do every so often, or daily, to make space for new energy.
