Currency Reset/Currency Ban In India - Reported by Luke Rudkowski of WE ARE CHANGE

Is this a move by India to remove higher denomination currency notes off the streets in order to bring in the lower denominations notes for the global currency reset?  Or is this a move to create chaos and destruction and more civil unrest?  Crazy that it has gotten to this point.

In a stunning move that shocked many people In India, the government decided without warning to make all 500 and 1000 rupee valueless. This while not preparing for this move and printing money for to exchange at the banks has created a panic in this country.
