Prime Minister of Denmark and EU will give Turkey billions in subsidies, even if it has no know effect on refugees and it comes out of taxpayers money

EU and Turkey is expected on Sunday to conclude an agreement which provides Turkey three billion euros against the country to slow down in-flow of refugees and migrants who seek to Europe.
However, it is uncertain what the Danish and European taxpayers actually get for the amount. It recognizes the Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen (V) upon arrival at the summit.

PS: Please keep in mind. Turkey President Erdogan may play a "fundamental" part of creating sustenance of ISIS - AND - taken OUT a russian Plane, clearly premeditated immediately following Paris.... same time when Russia are inside Syria and TRYING to do good. WHY, do Denmark and the rest of this US-led collision destroy the good deeds to save humanity?

The prime minister believes, however confidently, we are all able to rely on the political agreement he has made with pro-EU parties that there should be a referendum to if parliament one day want a common refugee and asylum policy.
