Drought Slayer West Coast, has sent out a call for help. The Haarpsters/Weather Controllers are unleashing Hell and hot weather against California and the U.S. West Coast, again.

The problem is simple, HAARP is not the problem. HAARP was and is defeated when it comes to the West Coast Drought. It’s now little more than a distraction.
The proof is simple. Right now, Wed. 15, Oct., there is a massive Rain System right off the entire U.S. West Coast. It’s going to be there for the next 3 days, till Friday, Oct. 17th. So HAARP has failed to keep the Rain away from California and the West Coast.

1) Zoom Out 7 times. This will show you most of the U.S.
2) Use cursor and drag U.S. West Coast over to center screen.
3) Press “FUTURE” forecast button, upper left of screen.
4) Press “NOW” Button, lower right of map screen.
5) Press “Play” Button in video control panel at lower left of map screen.
What you will see is massive amounts of rain heading for and pounding the U.S. West Coast from

HAARP is not that precise, as to stop a rain weather system at a coastline. That’s not how it works. It’s a Cannon, not a Sniper’s rifle.
