The daily language choice that is harmful to ourselves...
When fear hits us, we captivate in a locked position of "blocking," mental numbness, up 86%, the rest of the 14%, is the basic survival instinct ~ L. M. Jeppsson
In our daily life, we use words that associate or relate to fear.
Let's start with a current situation that everyone can relate to; It can often be a difficult task to break the code for the growing "fear" based language usage in the media, spotting Real and Fake News information and understand the information value. Our rulers has ALWAYS choosing words to put in all in a fear mode.. The use of "possible" - is a known example:

Our rulers has ALWAYS choosing words to put in all in a fear mode.. The use of "possible" - is a known example:
- Heading: 7.6 quake hits near New Caledonia, hazardous tsunami waves possible (RT, Dec 5, 2018)
... -- 'Possible' - something that most likely does not happen right now.
"A possible outbreak of avian influenza in Denmark." -
"A possible outbreak of avian influenza in Denmark." -
.... Meaning there has been no outburst, but an expectation, again inaccurate "facts" to keep the readers / listeners active and create a fear like state.
- sensationalism news stories - media are often characterized by many words like "could", "maybe", "potential", "suspect" - all words used to express opportunity or probability.
Looking at our own inherent contemporary reality, words that associate with fear and everyday language are used by many and are really hard to avoid.
However, it makes sense to replace words that associate with fear - with positive words - such as "joy" that attracts happiness. "I wish.". One positive example would be: I want more money in my bank account. Herewith, I attract money, instead of thinking / saying, "I never have any money or I HOPE I can survive with so little ".

Any word you say is recognized by your senses as it was learned for the first time. Either with a "weird" feeling, or a bad feeling. Bad feelings CREATES fear, disappointment, anger, bitterness, powerlessness and hatred of renewed nutrition.
- Words are created to express feelings.
- Words trigger good / positive emotions.
- Words trigger bad / negative feelings.

To hope for something = to fear the opposite. The fear is behind the hope. The opposite of hope is therefore fear. Fear dominates the mind and fear is = stress. Hope is at the same time, powerlessness. "I can not do anything" - others must take responsibility. Hope is the last resort left.
Send joy to the things that you "do not want" and the things you want to come, my way. A given example would be: I'm looking forward to paying the bills that come my way. At once, you've lost the fear and the negative effect of paying something you do not want.
- Joy attracts joy
- Fear attracts fear
Joy prevents emotions from being upset. Rare emotions give stress.
Just, also means fear. "And it was only with great difficulty, i maked it" - is fear. "I just can't get up early in the morning and go to work." Already you've been looking for fear it's getting up early or going to work.
- Fear activate recognizable fear feelings
Instead of having an attitude to things:
- If that happens, I'll do it like that ...
- If that does not happen, I'll handle it like this and so on...
3. TO TRY, TO ATTEMPT, to do something = TO TRY - is a loser's way of speech - a winner doesn't TRY, THEY DO!
When you TRY and then "DO IT", anyway, the brain can not relate to it. To "TRY" does not mean to do. If you "DO IT" you are now in conflict with yourself.
- Hereby you are in conflict with your outside world (you promised to do it - people expect you to do this and that etc.)
Example: "I'll try to finish my report on time". Tell yourself: "I will 'complete' the report on time or reject it to your boss.

- Trying means - NOT to do or trying to achieve something, and it will not work for you
