DO NOT mix strong base and acidic products. Natron and Lemon is like mixing Cola-Cola and Mentos (it's a no-go)! pH is an indicator of acidity. The body’s blood pH is strictly regulated within a narrow range between 7.35 and 7.45. This is because even a minor change in acidity may have devastating effects on protein stability and biochemical processes. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PRODUCT HAS A SAFETY DATA SHEET: Danish readers look here! Need pure natron? Buy 500g Tvekulsurt Natron at Matas. Ignore the industrial-sounding label (degreaser/solvent)—it is just pure Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). It even works wonders for smelly shoes! Don't confuse it with Dr. Oetker Baking powder, which is baking powder packed with unnecessary additives. I have used it for decades and it comes very cheap (but to be safe - consult a Naturopathic or Health Store).

TODAY'S NEW DISCOVERY: Per advice from my Danish naturopath, I am trying a combination of 'Cloves and Cinnamon' (video), or just 'Clove' (ægte kryddernellike) on their own, as a natural immune booster. With high solar activity in July of 2026 and intense celestial events continuing through August, we need extra support. Both my naturopath and I have been feeling exhausted, experiencing spiritual vertigo, astrological anxiety, and spiritual burnout (bad combination). 

Btw, chewing on a whole clove is an old home remedy for toothache (just like chewing on ginger root) like as it releases the essential substance eugenol, which has a local anesthetic effect and reduces pain and irritation in the mouth (my ND highly recommends chewing cloves or drink clove-water 8 days in a row for people over 50+. It help "cure" diseases in liver, heart etc. and gives you a energy boost - have to careful what I say on the blog - i am not a medical or naturopath advisor).

However, my own general practitioner (GP) sees it differently and has ordered an extended immunology and clinical biochemistry blood panel, which has flagged a complex cluster of sudden-onset issues: diabetes, high cholesterol, Vitamin B12 deficiency, depression, and allergy symptoms etc. etc. (and i'm not finished my blood analysis as of yet - what the heck is going on?)  

Anywho, "Cancer-Cells" loooooves an acidic body environment. The concept that the body is too acidic, and one needs to make the body more alkaline in order to “starve” cancerous cells is NOT a myth. Moreover, even acidic foods and drinks, are a major factor in the erosion of tooth enamel, leading to increased sensitivity, cavities, and other dental issues.

Some of the products can have a very strong built-in detoxification effect first few time you use it until the body has been balanced. Colloidal Silver just go and drink it.
