.. Der var lagt op til satire af det danske kongehus i radiojulekalenderen "Jul i Republikken", som DR's P1 havde planlagt skulle gå i luften 1. december. Men kort forinden blev julekalenderen med blandt andre Mette Horn, Claes Bang og Georg Metz på rollelisten droppet. Ifølge DR var det fordi, at kvaliteten var for dårlig. Men Enhedslistens Johanne Schmidt-Nielsen, der også var en del af rollelisten og skulle spille præsident, fik en anden forklaring af kalenderens instruktør ..
